It's like you don't read to comprehend! Dangote did not sign any agreement with PENGASSAN! If those agreements are disrupted by PENGASSAN, Dangote can sue those companies for breach of contract. So you can see that Dangote will ask those companies to pay for its lose.
Most of you just talk with emotion that doesn't hold water.

how does that law make any sense..
do banks have their own union, do private university have unions..

what business does a private venture have with union..
the best is if a company is accused of improper treatment of workers ..they can be taken to court ,..that is the government's job
and in a situation where the governmnet has failed and continue to fail in thier responsibility nko. You people will just come online to start talking anyhow without thinking. Actually the so called peeople who claim to be educated in Nigeria are actually the problem of Nigeria. Even the UK and the USA they all have unions. workers are allowed to join a union freely. and mind you for your info during strike essential duty workers do not go on strike in those union, so critical plant operation is still ongoing, it is only when management refuse to call for dialogue that the union can decide to go one full shutdown, i am saying this because i have witnesed their strike severyal times while working in the oil and gas sector. They are not senseless people but very sensible, and their main aim is to safeguard the interests of the Nigerian workers.

Please don't even support this pengassan criminals bro this is my industry, this guys are criminals they have caused a lot damage to oil and gas industry in Nigeria. Shell sold all their onshore assets is because of this guys awards all sorts contracts to themselves and cronies declared productive wells non productive turn around sold to their friends. They are evil if dangote want to succeed he must not allow them to occupy strategic positions in his company. NNPC is not working is because of this guys.
Bro you know absolutely nothing about the oil and gas industry you are so talking about. And the reason for the refineries not working is purely due to the corrupt nature of Nigerians and their government officials, they budget millions monthly for the refinery upkeep and they siphon the money through corruption, and no one asks any questions. Are you aware that even NLNG is a member of the same PENGASSAN, so why has it not gone bankrupt, because there is accountability over there? The company is not run directly by the Nigerian government, even though the NNPC also has the highest ownership of over 50%; the private ownership still has a lot of say there.
I have worked in both the Dangote Refinery and also NLNG, and I can tell you for a fact that Dangote Refinery is never a place for any Nigerian to work ;it is obviously an Indian company wanting to sell refined products to Nigerian final consumers. Those Indians are something else.

Do you understand the concept of no subsidy, it means you do not fix a price to it. What GEJ did was not different from what Obj was doing, by just increasing the price of PMS. When you remove subsidy, then you allow market forces decide what the price should be.
You are saying what he did later on and not what he wanted to do. You people protested, shut down Nigeria, and all. and as a good-hearted and weak man, GEJ was he heard and only removed partial subsidy by setting the price at N98. so just stop telling lies.

When BAT said subsidy was gone, did you hear him tell you what the new price was? Between last year now the price has been determined by market forces, that is what subsidy removal is really about.

Even with the benefit of hindsight, you still consider subsidy removal a mistake?
I never considered it a mistake, it is people like you who out of ignorance protested against GEJ for removing it then that i am skeptical about, because right from the time of GEJ i wanted subsidy gone. because it was a huge scam.

Did u lost contact with your son?
How did you guys meet to the point that u have to date?
You knew that u had a child and u didn't care to look for him or his father

How did your son escape from ur custody when he was still a child?

That is what happen when you are looking for SUGAR BOY OT SUGAR MUMMY
Did you not read where she said she placed the boy for adoption? This is just a case of an irresponsible mother, both then and even now, she is still galivanting with small boys. It's such a shame.

SmartyPants:
Don't be simple. The probability of this happening is staggeringly low, especially considering how rare it is for men to pursue women that much older than them (it happens but it's the least common dating dynamic), and when you have her own relatives saying she knew, then you need to be smarter than this.
A lot of GEnz now get attracted to women far older than them, even grandmothers are being chased in this present generation. And did you see the photo of the so-called mother, my dear, she is still so hot and young, I guess she gave birth to him as a teenager.

Forget all the attempts at whitewashing, GEJ was just used as a conduit pipe by many. The man practically ran down our reserves and increase our loan obligation despite high oil income.

Also, the argument that GEJ tried to remove subsidy is not technically correct because when you remove subsidy, you do not fix a price; instead, you allow market force to determine the new price. What GEJ did then was to increase the pump price.
Nigerians you people will not stop shifting blame. i am sure you are among those people who protested against subsidy removal during GEJ time and now you do not want to accpte you are wrong. rather you are still here trading blame continue. Do you think it is by announcing on air that subsidey is gone just like that, continue.

SmartPolician:
Tinubu, the president who wants to use taxes to kill Nigerians, has taken his tax policy to the company

NLNG is a big company though. Some people don't even earn up to 150k in Nigeria.
All of you will just come online to write rubbish. What has Tinubu got to do with any of this rubbish now. The workers are only protesting the fact that the so-called Korean and Chinese company operating within the NLNG Train 7 projects has been deducting taxes from their salaries up to N150K monthly without remitting to the government. These guys do not even have any TIN. Somebody somewhere has been eating the money secretly. This whole issue started when some of the workers wanted to travel abroad and they were required to submit their TIN number, which they did, and the Tax office said the TIN were non exitsing meaning for the past two years they have not been receiving their taxes, and these guys were paying taxes to their company who has been siphoning the money all this years. So you get the gist now. I think all of you should hail Tinubu and applaud him at least through his recent reforms company will sit up and they will not be eating Nigerians' taxes meant for the government. The workers thought they were paying taxes, not knowing that Asia companies were not remitting it to FIRS. This is a very big fraud; you all should call out and stop twisting the narrative to badmouth your company. its so bad.

He never told you he is into sex trafficking, non of the ladies are kids and they all choose to go into prostitution by themselves. It may be that he is not even collecting any commission from them but just maybe monthly rentage for his hotel which he will discount heavily for the oloshos.
When they bring customer they patronize his beer and his meat and it makes his hotel business to move well inturn they girls pay him for the room they are staying. simple business and for your info ashawo business is the oldest business ever known to mankind and it is everywhere in the world even in the so called sharia state. so say what you know.

I still don't get, fire alarm no dey the building? No emergency exits for the building? Are the security officers at the building not getting small training on how to tackle a fire outbreak before the arrival of the fire service....

Our problem in Nigeria is that we don't investigate incidents like this properly and hold the culprits responsible for their negligence.

R. I. P to them all.
Your guess is as good as mine. They do not have any safety measures in place to mitigate occurrences like this. This obviously is the Nigerian way; all we know how to do is to hold endless prayers and do nothing. If someone had tried to advise them years ago to put plans in place to tackle occurrences like this, they would say God forbid. A bunch of hypocritical people. We are not chrietains in this country, we are just a bunch of religious hypocrites.

sammyscholar:
Evacuation during fire outbreak in a high-rise building can present a huge challenge. You would need to get to the ground floor before you can make exit from the building. The elevator may have stopped working and the staircase might not be easily accessible. Also, the smoke of the fire is as deadly as the fire itself, some may have passed out before they make it to the exit.
Yes you are right, but something like a functional somke detector would have alerted the whole building of the fire earlier before the smoke spread, for christ sake this was not an instataneuos explosion, meaning the fire staed small and was undetected with no alrm until it spreads this much and there are no emergy evacuation plan in case of a fire. Ask them if they have ever conducted any Fire emergency drill in the building before, and your guess is as good as mine.

femi4:
How much is smoke detector again...safety thrown to the gutters
Don't mind them, they will not learn.
