my error, some chaps on the floor have explained. Since the mkt price had touched a 4.96 high today, the lowest u can bid or offer is 4.75

market makers have come again to create fear
Ex: even if u put a 1m bid for UBA at 4.74 , it wont even show on d bid status . . u either take the 4.75 on offer or nothing ! !
