Afriprud will likely declare interim dividend at H1 so it may be a good one for short term but I believe UCAP will blow the market into space when it releases its H1 result sometime in July. UCAP is the real deal for me - My plan is to just keep accumulating UCAP! So this is a buy recommendation but you still need to do your DD.

Do you know that as at today, UCAP has already exceeded the FY profit it made in 2015? Get ready for the mother of all bulls!!!

FY 2015 PAT = N2.57b
Q1 2016 PAT = N1.13b
Q2 2016 Profit realised from sale of insurance business only = N1.5b (before tax i guess)

Total of about N2.6b till date

This is excluding the profit from other operations including the 50b bank guarantee that they arranged for gencos!
