I did two rooms for almost 350k without tnb, I will be starting my 3rooms project by November 1st so keep your fingers cross so you get more prepared.
But if it's well manage I don't think It will exceed 500k to the finishing, toilet and bathroom inclusive

Have been receiving questions like what numbers of apartment do you have on ground?
In total am having a mini flat,some call it one bedroom apartment which am personally occupying,plus a single room attached to it.
At the end of this project I will be having a modern room and parlour apartment plus two single modern rooms apartment, including my mini flat.
Alot has been put in place for the new project,God help me because this a bit bigger than the last.

its all depends on ur location bcs in my state Edo state to fence just d front without gate 150k will b enough to raise it to a well meaningful level if prudently managed.

From your valuable comments so far, it is obvious that i should have 200 - 250k before embarking on the project. But i thought one can get gate for 80 - 100k? i will go price

1000 PCs of blocks is more than 150k average gate around 150k, add cement and others and move on.

i thought being only one side (front) and since i intend buying gate later, 150k should raise it to stardard coach.

Budget 300k, if well managed it will give you a good height of about 10 coaches... 150k can't even buy you blocks and cement....but if 150k is what you can afford comfortably, you can start with it. Any height you get, u 'll continue from there next time . Don't over stress yourself cos fence won't give you any daily profit

Boss, it is only the front side i intend fencing excluding gate, you mean150k won't be enough!

Greetings Nairalanders, Please i'd love to have an idea of how much it will cost me to fence the front of a 100 by 100ft plot of land excluding gate.
My three neighbour at my left, right & back have fenced their compound around me to my advantage, leaving me with the front to complete.
i will very much appreciate breakdown estimate of bags of cement needed, blocks , sand , granite, wood and labour.i am working on a 150k budget(excluding gate), i don't know if that will be enough?

For clarity sake,I think the 2rooms should also house a living room and a kitchen too and I want to assume that it would be a detached apartment also.
If everything I've stated is right then I'll suggest you budget about 2million.
