One thing you can't take away from Nigerians in government is this plausible capacity to defend themselves and paint black white before the public.
NOI did just that cos from where I am, this government is a fraud and I know I represent atleast 85% of Nigerians when I say that.

tell us more abt your background (experience) for the past 10years

In the last 10 years, I have been involved in different sectors of agro business ranging from rearing livestock(4 species), feed milling, crop processing, etc.
I currently run a farm full time which is at a stage where I still have to re-invest a large chunk of my profits. That is also the reason why I can't single handedly bankroll the business idea at present.

Allow yourself to move on. What happened and no matter how much we choose not to let go, we can't change the past cos its history but we can decide how it affects our present and future.
Whats more, I believe that wherever he is, his one wish will be to see you happy. If you won't do it for yourself, do it for him. Move on and be happy.

This Idea by the grace of God will certainly translate someday to reality with or without. But I wish and pray that you got involved that way we can make it happen faster.

Real estate business is big business anywhere, anytime. To succeed in it however, you require due diligence, knowledge and understanding of the local business and very large chunk of capital.
With these, you are good to go.

The amount needed is about 8 million naira. However, It doesn't have to come from a single individual. We have had several indications of interests already but we still need many more indications which can be backed when the time comes financially.

There are thousands of Nigerians some of them nairalanders buying cars they don't really need only to sell them in a few months when the rainny day comes. There are several others with much more money than they have need for.

I will however suggest and make a case for Benue state. Since i foresee you as one of the prospective investors, you will discover my reasons in the meeting.

stpat1: Tell us the aspect of the Agro venture, where you'll be running it. Is it fish, cassava, rice, yam, poultry. This is just to enable the investor know what he's investing in.
