The proponents of this project are finding a way to commit FG to a project that won't see the light of the day. Can they muster the capital needed for the project on their own? Another way to arm-twist government to embark on a white elephant. Before you come for me, please dig out the kind of person Chief Kenny Martins is. |
Can't our rescue agencies have body bags? When corpses are retrieved from accident site, at least they should be given a dignified packaging rather than just packing them like hunted games at the back of a pick up van. I think FRSC vehicles should have body bags when out on patrol |
Justnation:There wasn't AC before, Tinubu and other AD governors of 1999 changed AD to AC but some inconsequential politician still retain the AD platform to contest elections. It was to make sure the party retain it's top of the ballot position, and drag it from the influential elders that were in control. |
Go tell that to the marines, all of you politicians are the cankerworms eating Nigeria dry via corruption. Let him first declare his assets publicly if he's elected president, then we'll know he's serious |
When I saw it on X, I had to go check it out on El Rufai's handle for confirmation but nothing of such is there. Charly Boy always being childish |
If it had been a commoner that exhibit this kind of behaviour, he would have been in detention by now, but because he is Ayinde Marshall that have the ears of the president, he can go scot free for disrupting flight operation. |
They're lucky being kidnapped by Tivs, Fulani kidnappers are devil incarnate, they kill at will. |
The real BOGOF, buy one and get one free |
Appointment loading from Abuja, I wish her success in her future endeavours |
Trump will not see this. |
Why putting the increment on the exchange rate? Naira stability has been achieved, maybe there's rise in international price of crude. |
Depriest2020:Schweppes not swepes. 22 more characters needed |
It's been raining intermittently in this part of the country since early midnight. |
Hamas kill in tens but IDF kill in thousands, if you believe their's going to be any judgement in the afterlife, perish that thought. To the people who claim to be in government worldwide, lives are there to be taken as they wish while the religionists see nothing in this, they put fear in you that there will be judgement after death. Humans are like any other animals that take lives at will with no remorse. Only fools believe in a judgement day that will never come in their lifetime. Life is what it is, it's for the strong to determine how long the weak will live. |
Lagos State too should demand 13% derivation from what FG is making from the 3 ports, Apapa port, Tin can port and the Lekki deep sea port. |
Ekiti state governor is the only governor going for 2nd term that I'm aware of enjoying endorsement from virtually everyone that matters in the political arena in the state notwithstanding party affiliation. No opposition in Ekiti state, his 2nd term is guaranteed. |
The identity fraud being perpetuated by officials of nimc is mind boggling, one can request his/her record (bio metrics et al) be wiped off the database so that fresh enrolment can be done. |
It's easy to just make an info graph and alloted numbers so as to suit one's narratives, Buhari made 64 appointments from the South West but you fail to list the posts that was held by the appointees. |
OP, I doubt the pictures you labelled as Ashley sisters watching in the stand during the final match is true, this picture is that of a woman married to a Nigerian and her daughter. I watched a video of the mother and daughter with the husband being interviewed shortly after exiting the stadium after the final match. |
His opinion and his wish, but he couldn't tell us whom Tinubu will lose to. |
The power disruption announcements by the 2 discos have been debunked by the TCN, the transmission upgrade will not affect supply. |
The bill won't see the light of the day, the entrenched interests that own the discos are still within the corridors of power. Even if the bill is passed, there will be no political will to enforce the takeover in case of any of the discos defaulting on the capitalisation. |
If it is practically possible without confusing voters, I do support it for the fact that it will reduce cost of conducting elections. But with five ballots for some illiterate voters to thumbprint for their preferred candidates from different political parties, this will be confusing and too much time will be spent by an average voter sorting the ballots before thumbprinting. Voting may extend to the night which might make many intending electorates to go back home in frustration. This issue should be looked into carefully before inserting a single day elections into the electoral act. |
Let's give Madugu his flowers, people weren't talking about the coach till they won the cup. The man came from obscurity to win the WAFCON that a foreign coach failed to achieve in the last edition. Big respect to Coach Madugu, he must have done a lot of talking and rejiging his tactics for the team to have come back from a 2 goal deficit at half time and ending it at 3-2. The NFF should give him a contract to continue with the team |
Isaac Just dey catch cruise with his newly found activism, if you think he's really criticising his brother, the joke is on you. The guy that makes his money when his brother was in power. He's just a content creator pretending to be critic. Everyone that matters in Ekiti has aligned with the incumbent. Oyebamiji will be returned with nothing less than 80% of the total votes cast. No opposition in Ekiti state. If Isaac is sure of himself, he should go and contest against Oyebamiji |
Flame333:Mohbad's most likely cause of death is tetanus, if you follow his story 2 days to his death, you will understand. All the conspiracy theory about his death are just mere social media sensations. The injury he had on his hand while engaging in fisticuff with his friend in the car at the end of the show in Ikorodu wasn't properly taken care of, leading to tetanus infection. |
No cause for alarm, the head will get back in shape as the baby is growing, the head shapes shown here are far from sign of macrocephaly |
I remember then as a teenager dating a girl in the same "face me and face you" compound, the aunt she was living with find out we're dating and in anger the aunt packed the girl's clothes and dump it in my room, a room I was sharing with my elder brother. I was ashamed that day, I had to find someone to help me take the clothes back to the aunt and help me beg her. And the love in me then still didn't make me leave the girl, only that we are more discreet about the affair. |
And when it's about population, Nigeria will feature in the top 10, we have problem in Africa, instead of growing economy rapidly, we focus on growing population. All what we know of is producing babies and not being productive. If we can't grow the economy to meet up with population growth, we can at least slow down the population growth by just adopting 2 kid policy till we are sensible enough to increase our productivity. GROW THE ECONOMY NOT THE POPULATION |
Moraklaw:The amala restaurant might be having an exclusive contract with a bottled water brand which you aren't aware of, there are some restaurants that certain brands give rewards and other benefits based on agreement that the restaurant will not allow other competing brands in their outlet. And if this is the case, they should have informed you in a polite way. I am in the food and beverage industry and this is called brand exclusivity agreement/contract |
Kwankwaso is still weighing his options, joining APC and queue for 2031, align with the coalition and fight it out with Atiku for 2027, or run solo in 2027 and negotiate with one of the two parties in case of a runoff. I don't think he's convinced enough in joining the APC during his recent meeting with Tinubu. We'll see his move in the coming days |
1) Never done this and will never do 2) I've done this 3) I've done this but it's my mum's money 4) I still do this 5) I have stopped doing this since my adult life, weather God or gods, I bow to none. |
