This was when the money was flowing from Fubara, now Fubara is in pause mode. The money is now flowing from Wike, we all follow the money not the truth. Both Fubara and Wike are corrupt, they are both fighting on who's going to corner Rivers state money. Head or tail, Rivers people lose |
Religion is the opium of the mass while money is the the intent of the clergy |
Trump is a danger to democracy, behaving like an African depot. |
It will hardly have effect on Nigeria, most of the tariff being imposed by US are on finished goods. How many finished goods do we export to US? It's the Chinese of these world that are the target. Let the industrialised countries fight themselves while the third world countries reap the benefits. |
We are waiting for the messiah to follow suit, going back to the "structure of criminality" |
This is all about the 2027 Ogun East Senate seat, Abiodun is gunning for the seat after finishing his 2nd term as governor, the same seat now being occupied by Daniel. The politics is now in full gear |
Weather the group spearheading her recall is registered or not does not invalidate the recall process |
The end justifies the means, the most important thing is to bring peace to Rivers state, after enduring peace is achieved then politics and democratic order can be restored. We are all partisan one way or the order but we should all be for peace and orderliness |
Bentacur007:this Zimbabwe team I watched against Benin isn't a team that looks like a threat to the super eagles, anything less than a 3 goals margin win by the super eagles won't excite me |
He has learnt in a hard way, then he was saying when the time comes he will tell the boys what to do, now he's distancing himself from the boys. When he's back on the saddle, he must have learnt how to behave maturely. |
Best wat to go, the legality or otherwise of implementing this section of the constitution to the extent of suspending the governor, deputy and the house of assembly should be tested at the supreme Court, this is a constitutional democracy and we should all operate within the confine of the constitution |
If the National assembly block the State of Emergency, the state house of assembly will be more embolden to impeach Fubara, and this time around they will get security cover and the whole state will be militarized to safeguard national assets. Backing the SOE means Fubara will get a reprieve and have the six months window to seek genuine reconciliation |
If you have a steady source of income already, you can start your building project. It's not advisable to go into a business that you won't be able to give attention if you have a job that takes all your time isn't advisable |
Oshiomole get this sub, "labour leader negotiating with a political party to be adopted as gubernatorial candidate" |
Lorayne:I wonder o |
And we have 5 TV stations broadcasting live, 6,000,000 × 5 = 30,000,000. Where's the money coming from, Wike's pocket or Ministry of FCT |
donproject2:otedola bridge isn't cursed, the terrain of the road will always be recipe for disaster especially for heavy duty vehicle descending and ascending the bridge. Roll back while ascending the bridge is common among heavy duty trucks especially in traffic hold up. The solution is reconstruction of the road to reduce the slope |
She's just going for house girl work, most of our ladies in Egypt are live in house girls with no freedom of their own, those that are lucky enough are allowed to go with their bosses when going out like shopping and visiting families while some are made to remain indoors throughout their servitude |
Eriokanmi:petrol is no more being subsidised since Dangote start petrol supply, if NNPCL is claiming any money now, it's what they've spent during the subsidy regime they want reimbursed. |
Lookmun:Local refining are being encouraged, 3 new licenses have just been given, by the time the local capacity can meet up with demand and NNPC refineries are up and doing, this will be the beginning of real competition in the sector, not now that Dangote is holding the ace |
Eriokanmi:there's nothing wrong in importation, we can't create a monopoly, if Dangote produce enough petrol and his price is cheaper than that of imported, definitely no one will want to import. But if importers feel landing cost can still compete with Dangote's price, the tendency for them to import will be there |
Most of our comments here are out of ignorance, there's the Petroleum Industry Act that says petrol can be imported to augment local supply shortfall. NNPC haven't imported this year only licensed private importers did. And there's nothing bad in importation as it is to compete with local refineries so as to make the market competitive. If the local refineries pricing is cheaper than that of imported, no one will dare want to import at a loss. The more the sector is deregulated and no subsidy payment from government, competition will be beneficial to the consumers. Allowing importation is OK to checkmate monopolistic tendencies from local producers. Assuming there's no importation, Dangote wouldn't have brought his price down, competition forced him |
Herdsmen:we are waiting for the "very strong evidence" like the one she used to nail Reno Omokri |
Seeing comments here, It's either most of us only read headlines before jumping to comment or we have comprehension problem, the period covered by this report is first quarter of 2024 before Dangote refinery started pumping out petrol |
Failed project, I know from inception that the rice mill is a deception to give impression that Lagos state is doing something about agriculture, the much touted LAKE rice is only heard during the yuletide where rice are bagged in the branded "Lake Rice" bags and sold to civil servants at discounted prices. |
This particular picture is being posted everywhere to discredit solar power and it's making me to doubt the credibility of the picture. I have a 1.5kva solar system and I am enjoying it, it's been 2 months and it has been uninterrupted power in my home. 24/7 light either off grid or on grid |
I can bet it, hardly will any of those licencees be able to successfully build a refinery as it will be difficult to get the necessary funds in a market that is being dominated by Dangote |
I hardly see any woman that has contributed to this Natasha/Akpabio imbroglio with facts. Natasha breached rules of the Senate,Later go on a TV station to claim she was sexually harassed a year earlier, claiming her refusal to give in to Akpabio sexual overtures is the reason she's moved from her seat, Her unruly act was referred to Senate ethics committee, she later submit petition to Senate about the harassment which was equally referred to the ethics committee for investigation. Ethics committee find her guilty for the unruly behaviour at the house and recommend sanctions which the whole house ratified. The unruly act of her comes up before she petition on being sexually harassed. |
belikewater:na her evidence we dey wait, we no dey judge, she who alleges must prove. |
Jandor is coming to Labour Party to deputise Gbadebo for 2027 |
RSIEC should just comply with the electoral act and ensure a level playing field. And if truly Fubara loves Rivers state, he should ensure this. Doing the right thing is tantamount to peace |
With cameras on our roads, incidents like this will be reduced drastically, nothing to deter crime like this for now |
