If God had a wallet in heaven, guess whose picture will be in it. You! Because He loves and cherishes you that much. This is the reason He made you in His image and likeness as His representative inorder to fulfil His purpose on earth.
Satan almost got it twisted by deceiving Adam and Eve in the garden thereby leading to man's separation from God but that didn't change a thing. God's love for mankind got Him fighting for the redemption of man by sending His precious son to die for our justification.

Romans 5:8 (Amplified)
But God clearly shows and proves His own love for us, by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

This goes to show that we are so valuable in God's sight. The value of an item in most case is its price. It might be discounted sometimes but that does not change its worth. God gave the blood of Jesus to purchase us back, this means our worth is the blood of Jesus. Think about it!

You may be in that place where nobody calls you, talk to you, nobody seems to care about your existence. But hear this ; God thought you good and valuable enough to sacrifice His son. And if you were the only one in the world he still would have done it.

He know yours name, He knows your concern, He is pained you get hurt. (Hebrews 4:15) You are the apple of His eye. Zechariah 2:8.

But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.

You are so priceless my brothers and sisters, don't let anyone condemn you(Romans 5:1) because of your sins. He knows you will make mistakes thats why He sent His son in the first place to pay for sin(past, present, future);

When you come before Him in prayer or worship dont allow guilt ruin the flow, ask for His mercy and continue in your "Sweet Romance" with Him. Alway keep the bond with Jesus, fantasise about Him, keep His word in your heart daily and watch the difference. Hallelujah!

Romans 5:12
Wherefore, as by one man sin entered into the world, and death by sin; and so death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned

Any man born into this world came with the sinner tag hanging on him. You automatically inherited this nature. you didn't have to sin to become a sinner. Alot of people see sin more as an act, but from this scripture we understand its more of a nature, And this nature was passed from generation to generation until Jesus came.

God had a script running from the beginning and part of the programme was to redeem man from his fallen state. He did this by Sending His Son through His word spoken to Mary:, That same word became flesh and dwelt amongst us and at the appointed time, God made Jesus a substitute for our sin in exchange for His righteousness. Hallelujah!

2 Corinthians 5:21
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Just as Sin was inherited at the fall, so righteousness was Impacted into our spirit when we got saved by accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour. He took our sin and gave us His gift of Righteousness. Romans 5:17

Romans 5: 19
For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

The Christian is not a sinner trying to quit sin, he is the righteousness of God manifesting the life and character of Jesus as a lifestyle. Begin to learn and start acting your true identity in Christ today!

Prayer

Thank you Jesus for the gift of righteousness and the power to live above sin. From today, I declare sin shall not have dominion over me. as I meditate on your word, I am transformed into the same image. Hallelujah

It is a common place today seeing Christians live a life that is diametrically at variance with the teachings of the Bible. I have met alot of people with genuine desire to live right but gets disappointed midway. They make an effort today and then go back to sin, Hence the saying "the Spirit is willing but the flesh is weak." But is this excuse justifiable? How can we discipline our flesh to make it do what is acceptable by God?

It is Imperative to know that Man is a spirit, he has a soul and he lives in a body. When a person gets born again, his spirit gets recreated, but the previous information and habits residing in his mind remains unchanged. So his flesh may continue business as usual since the flesh only does what the (unsaved) mind tells it to do. This is why you see some Christians not any different from the world, their mind has not be renewed. They still think and act the way of the world.

But this is a bad way to live, as Christians our lives are supposed to be a replica of that of Jesus.

Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind...!

God has given us His word to live by and embedded in the word lies the Spirit for our transformation. We are expected to indoctrinate our mind daily with the teachings of Christ and the knowledge of His will, Until we begin acting like Jesus subconsciously and effortlessly.

Psalm 119:9 (NIV)
How can a young person stay on the path of purity? By living according to your word.

You cannot live the Christian life without the word of God. Just like a fish can't survive in water, so also it's impossible to survive without the word. we were born again by the word (1 Peter 1:23), so the word is like air to the believer and our success in life depends on His promises.

Prayer:
Thank you Jesus for giving us your word to live by. In it I find strength, wisdom to live a successful life. As I meditate daily,I become more like you in health, riches and righteousness. Amen.

And there we saw the giants, the sons of Anak, which come of the giants: and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.

God told Moses to send representives from every tribe to spy on the city which He has promised them,but when they got there, they came back with a report, they saw giants and got intimated, they saw themselves as grasshoppers before the existing occupants of the land. Thats more like conceding defeat before an election.

But David didn't feel that way when he met Goliath, He never saw Goliath as a giant rather, he called him an uncircumcised philistine. He knew with God he could defeat any creature on the planet, guess what? He brought Goliath down.

Proverbs 23:7 For as a man thinketh in his heart, so is he:

The ArchBishop Benson Idahosa of blessed memory onces said "a Lizard in Nigeria, cannot become an Aligator in America" How true! You cannot act beyond your perception, You cannot become what you do not believe. You cannot live beyond your level of faith otherwise you will FAIL!

What do you see beloved, the image(imagination) in your mind becomes your reality, reason we must be careful of what we read and watch. You can't watch pornography without putting it into practice, some will say it's just a movie but that's a lie. Whenever an image is formed, sin lieth at the door!

After Lot had gone, the LORD said to Abram, “Look as far as you can see in every direction—north and south, east and west. I am giving all this land, as far as you can see, to you and your descendants as a permanent possession.

You see, God promised Abraham everything within the absolute threshold of his vision. This blessing is not to Abraham alone but to his seed. The Bible makes us understand that we are the seed of Abraham. Hallelujah!

This is who we are in reality, we are sons and daughters of the most high, joint heirs with Christ, For as He is so are we in this world. 1 John 4:17

Revelation 5:10
And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth

This is the true picture of our identity, we are not ordinary, we may look like everyone else but we are different. See yourself as a superman. Hallelujah!

God almighty was faced with this kind of scenario at the beginning and He did something tragic: He spoke. God made a magnificent planet from a formless entity through the power of word.

Hebrews 11:3
Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear.

This goes to show how powerful words are, and as children of God, we have to learn to use the power of the spoken word to our advantage.

Job Chapter 22 verses 28, 29 says

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.
When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up...

Brothers and sisters, you can change your world by your words, whatever good you want to see in your life can be set in motion by speaking God's word constantly concerning that situation. This is the more reason you have to flood your mind with God's word and do contanst meditation according until it becomes part of you. The Bible says in Proverbs 18 Verse 21

Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.

As a Child of God, you must learn to stop bad mouthing yourself, the devil already got people around to do that job. We must chose to speak life over every situation of our life as it affects us.. Declare that you are strong, say it with your mouth, I am rich and healthy, am laying up gold as dust. I will lend to the nations, I will give big time for the Gospel to spread around the globe. Hallelujah! Don't be propelled by your current status, it's a temporary state! You are heading somewhere and you will testify. Give the Lord some praise!

Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
For he that is dead is freed from sin.

In my early days of been born again, this passage of scripture birth a major transformation in my life. I had be living to try to impress God and be upright as a teen, attending church and participating in church activities hoping that I will receive that baptism that will change my habits and lifestyle completely and it wasn't forth coming. Then in one of our meetings with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome far back around year 2000, he preached about the realities of the new creature, it made such a profound impression in my heart. It's changed my thinking about who I am. I realise that the old me was crucified and Christ gave me a new life free from sin and disease. By faith I presumed that the things I struggled with in the past were all gone. I broke free from condemnation and living the life of Christ became a reality. Hallelujah.

Living the Christian life is not hard, you cannot fight darkness, the best option is to switch on your light and darkness will disappear. Jesus gave me His life so I can be free from sin, it is by grace and and not by our willful strength. It is called the Law of substitution.

Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Now this is powerful, we will continue here tomorrow. But If you are not born again do it now, ask Jesus to become the Lord of your life and He will make you too a new creature.

Brother our Lord jesus christ didn't come to die or commit suicide for anyone !

You interpret it that way because it makes you feel special despite it not making any sense at all

Why did he then say '?"Father forgive them for they know not what they do"!

Why beg for forgiveness ?!! What crime was committed ? I will tell you the murder of the purest flower of love our Lord jesus

The Birth, Death, and Resurrection of Jesus Christ was a script by God Himself for the redemption of the world several years after the fall of man.

Jesus was crucified in fulfillment of prophesy, His lifel was made as offering for sin just as it was in the old testament when the blood of bulls and goat were used for atonement. This is why He is called the lamb of God that was slain, John the Baptist called Him the lamp of God.

Brother, you better this because His arrival is so near He shed His blood for you for the remission of your sins, and He is Coming back again to pick His people. While those who refuse Him now will have the beast all to themselve to worship and thereafter eternal damnation. I didn't say so, this is what the scriptures teaches.

That's so good but lord jesus didn't come to die for you and yes while the decision to change can make you feel new that's just a feeling it must be backed by deliberate decision and actions to do good only .

But you will still experience the returning karma for your deeds there are no two easy about it


But the degree to which the karma hits you depends on your oerosn as at the time , if you are better and now a truly good man the effects won't be so severe but if you are one of the many sweet script writers yet inside you are terrible well the laws of God can't be deceived

My point is clear focus on living a good life a truly good life the spiritual laws are not a christ embassy tv show you can't fool them they see your inner most being and judge you based on that not what you portray

Be warned about misleading people spiritually it is a servere crime against God

Airbrushed photos and speaking without sweet words doesn't make you good neither does attending church four times a week make you good .. being good means doing good ,thinking good and speaking positively only

These are the last days and definitely not time to argue whatsoever. The truth is Jesus Christ came to this world to save sinners, and impact those who receive him with Eternal Life(a new kind of life) and that life gives us liberty from sin and death. He gave us His word to live by, and the Holy Spirit to help us through. His words are full of life and so powerful and has transformed my life. You will never receive salvation by your good deed my brother, because you can never live right in the sight of God without the blood of His son shed for the remission of the sins of mankind. What I share with you is a testimony of over 20years.As I love and follow the words of Jesus, to live right becomes a walk in the park. For in Him there is no darkness.
Salvation is not a trophy for living right, it is not for church goers, it is a gift given by Jesus to those who believe and trust in Him, it for those who follow Him daily and live for Him. I believe in karma, but I believe more In the saving power of Jesus Christ. Get to know him more today and and you will fall in love with Him. Am not talking about Christian religion here or just going to church. Am talking about a relationship with Jesus Christ and the life He gives.

Now for the sake of emphasis, A new creature means a new kind of creature, just like a man that has never existed before with no past records of his old self, sins and misgivings; because it has been blotted out by the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Romans 6:6,7
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
For he that is dead is freed from sin.

In my early days of been born again, this passage of scripture birth a major transformation in my life. I had be living to try to impress God and be upright as a teen, attending church and participating in church activities hoping that I will receive that baptism that will change my habits and lifestyle completely and it wasn't forth coming. Then in one of our meetings with Pastor Chris Oyakhilome far back around year 2000, he preached about the realities of the new creature, it made such a profound impression in my heart. It's changed my thinking about who I am. I realise that the old me was crucified and Christ gave me a new life free from sin and disease. By faith I presumed that the things I struggled with in the past were all gone. I broke free from condemnation and living the life of Christ became a reality. Hallelujah.

Living the Christian life is not hard, you cannot fight darkness, the best option is to switch on your light and darkness will disappear. Jesus gave me His life so I can be free from sin, it is by grace and and not by our willful strength. It is called the Law of substitution.

Romans 8:2
For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Now this is powerful, we will continue here tomorrow. But If you are not born again do it now, ask Jesus to become the Lord of your life and He will make you too a new creature.
