Family › Re: Can a Father Marry His Deceased Son's Widow? by gaby(m): 1:29pm On Sep 12, 2006
Ok peeps, this is some topic believe me, this does sound kind of weird and immoral to an extent though but come to think of it and be a little unbiased on your judgements, the question to ask yourself are those raised by allonym whom i support on this issue and also has anyone asked to know if the woman was forced into this of hypnotized by the oldie into it cos i dont think so, its obviously a case of 2 matured peeps falling in love and getting married,

By the way if this is wrong how about a case where a brother inherits his late brother's wife as is practised in some parts of our country, how about cases of another tribe in nigeria where husbands are known to entertain friends or visitors with their wives for the night,

So when looking at things like this we really need to keep an open mind cos you can see it as weird and be able to defend it while someone else could see it as no big deal and still be able to give you reasons why,

Thats my take on this peeps

Dating And Meet-up Zone › Re: Seen Any Pretty Ghanian Lady? Lol by gaby(m): 10:45am On Sep 09, 2006
What an ignorant thread most posts sounds more rasist, well i've had opportunities to be with a whole lotta Ghanaian babes and believe me they've got them beautiful girls most especially the 2nd and 3rd generations ghanians living outside ghana you will be astonished at their beauty they are hell not charcoal lack, their skin tone is just unique you can pick them from the crowd, i am a nigerian and believe me where i live in amsterdam which is one of the hot beds of ghanians they are far far prettier ghanian girls here than the nigerians living in here and overall it seems its the most ugliest nigerian that live in this part of europe, thats my take on this peeps no offence intended,

Romance › Dumped By My Girlfriend For Another Guy If It Were You What Would You Do? by gaby(op): 10:25am On Sep 08, 2006
This is a true story and yes it happened to me, Before i travelled back home on vacation a couple of months ago i had a girl friend and we are live-in-lovers.I actually spent about 2 months before coming back to our base and i do call her at least twice everyday though she had told me on the phone during one of my calls that she is dating someone else but i never believed her until my arrival and i was and still devastated by this. Her reason was that i never spent enuff time with her and that she hardly believed anything i told her and bla bla bla, I still love her though but im still having probs getting over this because i truly feel humiliated and let down,

If it were you what would you do, Advise pls,

Travel › Re: Getting Married For The Green Card (Citizenship) by gaby(m): 11:21am On Sep 07, 2006
Well peeps been reading the wonderful postings on here and it suffice me to say that when a thing is wrong its wrong no matter how one tries to justify it.It is very obvious that we all are aware that it is legally and morally wrong getting married for papers or lying about loving a woman when deep down within you,you know you are lying to yourself, the woman or man involved,to the state and also to God.

Most of us here might want to use the situation back home or the unfavourable immigration laws as a justification for such acts and believe me there is just no reason or excuse good enough to justify evil and decept simple.

I truly followed most of Germanlady's postings and believe me i agreed with her on almost all her comments because these are stuffs i see everyday and im like wtf i can't believe this. You can imagine a situation where a guy sees a woman the first time and the next word he shoots out from his mouth is I LOVE YOU, How the hell is that possible peeps??this is basically like a standard way for mostly we Nigerian guys asking babes out which is very very wrong and sends a wrong signal.I've got friends also who are married to some white babes for the docs and oh my oh my, you would find its obvious they are just with such a woman for the papers because i don't believe any guy wants a wife who's ugly, too fat for words and old enough for a grandma, this is simply selling your soul to the devil for a piece of cake.

I have had opportunities dating different babes and perhaps because im real with them no pretences and most of them at one time or the other ask me for marriage each time they know i needed the papers but i have always refused and i have ended my relationships because of that to different babes because i can't imagine myself pretending to be married when i know im truly not married. Most of my friends think im sick in the head but i tell them nope that just isnt me, but where are we today have i gotten my papers or not ofcourse i did and i have saved myself all the B.S that comes along with been with a woman for the sake of papers.

This is basically a personal opinion didnt mean to offend anyone here, I would prefer to remain illegal than decive myself marrying for papers.

Thanks y'all,

Hello Fellow nigerians i am posting this to seek advise from you folks.

Does anyone here knows anything about trucking business in Nigeria (Precisely tippers and tankers) and how lucrative it is? I am really looking to investing in it.

I would like to know what the returns are and who the clients could be for such a business besides giving it out to drivers to work on a daily basis, and also the risks involved as there are obviously no business without risks.

Also, what is the estimated daily returns like?

I would appreciate geniune and serious reactions please.

Thanks and God bless y'all in your endeavours. Tongue
