This is getting very worrisome and highly displeasing. Just a few months ago, UBA made several deductions from my account over unexplainable card maintenance charges. For November alone, deductions were made about 10 times... The debit alerts just kept flooding my inbox sporadically. I ignored it back then and just stopped funding the account.

Just a few minutes ago, I received notifications for debit charges over the same card maintenance for January...two separate deductions for January alone? This is totally unfair. UBA group just can't rip off their customers like that because the amount is seemingly small. The money in that account is meant for my kid sister, now it's a thousand naira less...over some unfair deductions.

I'll have to go to the bank to lay my complaints, but whatever this is, is highly unbecoming! Banks shouldn't extort their customers, even if it's 1naira difference.

UBA has always been like that .... their own stealing na follow come.

As we all know, the cheap and fast 4G network launched their service's about 2 years ago and promised to slowly but surely cover the rest of the nation..

With them currently operating in Lagos and the FCT, one would wonder how much longer the rest of us have to wait for unlimited internet usage too..
