Nigerian under 17 world cup winner (2013) and under 23 (2019) joins newly promoted Portuguese first Division size Vizela FC from Portimonense on a 3 year deal.

Chidera has spent 4 seasons in Portugal with Porto/Porto B/Portimonense under 23 and has been waiting to break into senior football all that while.

He joins fellow Nigerians Isah Musa, Fidelis Kuku And Francis Okoli in the side.

Chidera is more experienced than all these Nigerians in this club. Imagine none of them played up to 3 matches...one even played for 5 minutes..the entire season

That news was in 2019. Some people do not read. Most rich people read ,for them to know where to send their money and triple it. One man read that Hitler has started bombing Britain. He started buying British government bonds..in the midst of war....after the war...British interest rates rose...who is he? Baron Rothschild...The gods are wise!

Yes. Thanks to Robinhood and co.......most brokers now charge zero commision on stock trades. That was the only way to maintain market share.

FXTM sent me a message today that i can buy and sell stocks with no commission...no fees...no management fee etc.

Update:

There are miscalculations in my previous post. I think it is right I correct it in case there are potential investors and traders whose significant deciding factor on which platform to use is the transaction cost. The benchmark should be $133 as against $200 which I earlier quoted. Glancing at my bamboo trade confirmations, I suddenly realized my transaction cost exceed $2 even though they were below $200. I made a table for the sake of clarity

Cost or commission is part of the reason i decided if am going to trade any stock....it has to be not more than $100... above that...no way.... again my dividend portfolio, no stock price is above $100...you need big money in other to make it with these fintechs...they are just milking Nigerians

In for the dividend but when a good window exists for good profit, I pocket some.

This is what i started doing after making money for my broker when i bought and sold Chipotle. It has been working for me in Nigerian stocks...dividend investing..very sweet... Now in US stocks i have decided to have SIX stocks that pay quarterly dividend. I will be receiving dividend EVERY MONTH FROM TWO STOCKS[ these stocks pay quarterly not monthly] I decided to do only six stocks because i believe that CONCENTRATION breeds wealth, more so when money for investing is not much. However, i have keyed in to a few stocks for raising funds like FASTLY,etc. I beleive, not hoping, i believe it will work out.

This is a flawed argument. If one is interested in buying the index, you might be better off giving your money to the hedge fund manager who will save you the 'stress' of running an account to get the same results. It would be enlightening to the readers if you explained to them how indexes work.

If you don't want to do any research, if you can't be asked to do any due diligence, by all means buy the indexes. You don't even need to read any books, just buy the index and expect the overall market returns. Even WB does not buy the index.

Please i beg to differ Sir, without research, if a newbie dumps his money in APPLE shares, he will still beat any index fund flat. All these principles sef. Just look for a dominant stock or large moat, you have killed the market oooo... I did not know shishi before i started investing but i just dumped my money in United Capital[ the only investment bank in NSE]..since then na big big dividend dey follow

I was using Etoro platform but had to withdraw my funds to trading 212 because of convenience of zero trading fee I'm enjoying in trading 212 platform. My major issue with Etoro is their high minimum trade value of $500. For those not comfortable with platform fees e.g trade commission, deposit fee, and withdrawal fees should check out trading 212.

Does Trading 212 accept Nigerians?

Personal Experience: I started stock investing/trading in Nigerian stocks around December 2016 . I have made more money from dividends than from trading. My dividends from United Capital Plc alone have covered all my gains and losses put together...so i thinks that s works for me. Find your own ooo but sometimes i do follow follow to trade grin grin

Some stockbrokers are working hard these days...imagine sending e dividend and share transfer forms to you and informing you how to fill them and MORE IMPORTANTLY SCANNING AND SENDING IT BACK TO THEM...this saves a lot of stress and money
