I learnt my lessons in Chipotle....1% was collected from you....next time anytime you are buying such stocks make it long term...calculate also also broker s fees and YOUR OWN GAIN before selling, otherwise you are making money for the these fintechs be it chaka,bamboo,trove or rise

These are things you might want to do as part of your due diligence

*google the company name and look for verifiable info about them (not just what you see on the website)
*google the names of management team like the "ceo" and others (unfortunately these guys have just two)
*check them on LinkedIn including their management team and check their profiles and career background (unfortunately the team members here do not have LinkedIn profiles or verifiable social media accounts)
*Verify them with SEC (ie Securities and Exchange Commission)
*If you can only find little information about them out there, then there is no truth about their operation

People do not just wake up and begin to run a financial institution. It is not done any where

Oh I just came across that site. But basically you seek out heavily shorted stocks on an uptrend. The idea is those who shorted the stock may be forced to buy them back at a higher price which further propels the stock. I believe finviz.com also have a filter for heavily shorted stocks.

Why is Chaka apps very poor in updating prices? even the Mobile app and the Online viewing will report different figures as if they were not getting their data from the same database. Even if you refresh it as many times as possible it will not update or is this only me?

I use Bloomberg and Yahoo Finance for correct price....just in put your figure..Chaka will buy at your price..when you want to sell...do same
