We may do.

But if it was the team that played Uganda then I very much doubt it. Cameroon are having a resurgence and behind it is Seedorf
There is resurgence in Cameroon...even the players invited....Did you see save after save by Onana[Ajax goalkeeper] against Brazil? The team we will meet in AFCON is going to be very solid...at a stage they played with so much confidence against Brazil...it was on and off...we have not fortified relevant positions-midfield-in our team....if Mikel is injured or red carded...our team panics or loses confidence...we need more fortification and more competition for places ESPECIALLY MIDFIELD AND DEFENCE...our attack is loaded but not prolific...

Iwobi is best in giving that FINAL PASS....not dictating play from the middle...our middle need battlers, commanders,Oliseh type..Rui Costa model..no showboating....Iniesta levels

Nacho and free kicks....the one against Argentina was it not luck?.....or perhaps bad positioning by the goalkeeper?....How many free kicks has he scored for the national team since his debut? I think he should stayed in Manchester City and benefit from quality training or move to developmental league like Belgium or Holland....but his father.....

Nacho should move out of EPL or go to a team known for HORNING TALENTS or TO PELEGRINNI

Because the way i see him now....he has become a square average player or below that even.....Rohr has not seen it...we live with it..

Nacho needs a coach that will work on him...he is still an unfinished product and Puel and Rohr do not know this

I hope you know Nacho starts games for a team in the EPL. Hard for a coach to overlook him. It is not just name covering him.

Finally, Nacho had a good game against the South Africans. Apart from the miss, he was handy and helped the team create opportunity. Doubt we can say he is regressing. I think what really needs addressing is our pattern of play. A bit more bravery will bring the best in our forwards.
I hope you know that national team football is different from club football...between Iheanacho and Diabate...i will take Diabate who has more drive and is more incisive...even younger...Nacho is more experienced but that does not add value to our national team CURRENTLY....Puel of Lyon is not the Puel of Liecester...He had wonderful players including Govou,Gorginho, that Malian and othes...he played smooth football in France...He thinks Iheanacho is a finished product...no....He should work on him to trap very well...DRIBBLE too....use a bit of right leg...work on his free kick too...and above all SHOOT FROM AFAR....all these have disappeared from Nacho `s play and WORST IS THAT ROHR HAS NOT SEEN IT
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by gamaliel9: 12:27pm On Nov 22, 2018
Iheanacho has not been developing....he is not even stagnant...he is regressing...I think his name is covering him....this regressing started at the world cup...but i can assure that Rohr has not noticed it...

Iwobi is not yet mature to control a game from the midfield. smiley

Hum...five members defected to APC...the assembly went to court against that...the court sacked them...they assemblr accepted the vedict of the court... these five members came to the assembly VIOLENTLY...to remove the speaker...

What is wrong here?

Why cant APC go to court to sack Saraki the same way instead of supporting these sacked five members of war saw?

Rohr does not know what to do with Onyekuru grin grin grin

Well...he shoud keep him on the bench...till Iheanacho gets injured or Samuel Kalu dumps Bordeaux...

If this assertion is true...then We just sidon dey look Rohr...till his contract expires..because his conservatism has been working for us in Africa.
He has not done something wonderful for us...just an ok guy...coaches have qualified us for world cups and nations cup...no big deal...

Just relax and enjoy his antics and everybody-feel-good disposition

These are countries that recognize that fact that the future of their senior national teams lies in the strength and quality of their U20/21 teams.
You are so much on point....This is where the brains are beat into techniques and tactics...psychological maturity is built....bones mature...legs that last in high tempo for 120 minutes are formed...this is selection ground for national team...

We have five stars in u17...it would have been a different ball game for u20/21...we would have had a assemblage of talent...

So because he scored a FK against Argentina and hit the bar against Seychelles he is now a superb set piece taker abi? Issokay!.

But unfortunately, we cannot rely on set pieces. And mind you, he can only take them with one foot. So how many "left sided" freekicks do we get per match?.

Set piece ability is not enough.
Guy,set piece ability is enough to include one in a team...saving penalties is enough....there are matches won on set piece...also on keepers stoppers penalties...ability to take penalties...if i have a good set-piece taker...i will include him week in week out in my team....these things decide matches..
