TheSuperNerd: @First point.... I laugh. An Ivory Coast that no longer boasts the kind of attack that make one shivers?? The only thing going for Cote D Ivoire now is their midfield collection of Franck Kessie, Jean Michael Seri, Serey Die, Fofana, and more. Then up top they have menacing Zaha on the wings. Abi na Jonathan Kodjia wan put fear for pesin body? Man... Cote d' ivoire's attack is weak. #Fact There is no way they could have gotten a goal against that Moroccan defence (Benatia, Hakimi and co). They have no goals banger.
Also, A group having cote d ivoire still does not compare to A group of Algeria, Cameroun and Zambia and then you add Nigeria to top it up.... Man! I was telling you hours ago that this was the toughest WC Qualifying group in African WC qualifying history and you are here talking Côte d ivoire.... Na wa for u ooo.
Abeg give credits to whom it is due biko. You cannot tell me you wamt the best for the team yet still talk down on the team's achievements and quality. It is not in line with your show of support. Keep things balanced.
@Second point... I will pick Boutaib everyday of the week over El Kaabi. I know that Moroccan team so well. I even reckon their midfield to be arguably the best in Africa (Ziyech, El Ahmadi, Boussoufa). What Boutaib brings and has in terms of clinicality, European experience and exposure and box movements, my brother, El Kaabi is still a learner for him. And yes I have watched El Kaabi play. I am surprised how Cote Ivoire went down so fast..Yaya and Drogba left, the entire team crumbled...The only quality i see are Seri and Zaha...when you watch them, they seem to lack BELIEVE AND CONFIDENCE...as if they are playing a friendly.I pitied them against Gabon Again,at youth level between 2013-2015..we were meeting them at African Championships with Nwakali,Iheanacho,Success,Orji, etc what happened to all those Ivorien players Angban...etc? |

Icardi is a virus....As Argentina is our enemy..hehe...I am not happy that Icardi is not in the team..however i see that Dybala is there...there is a psychological war going on between him and Messi...He wants to be respected too and given free roles as Messi... |

tbaba1234: Saw some more highlights of Samuel Chukwueze.. That boy is a baller. He missed a chance where he beat like 4-5 players. Without a doubt, he will be in the first team next season.
He is ahead of Nwakali in terms of playing top flight football. Sometimes, it is better not to sign for a big team... KPOM...like a guru here would say....did you see what i saw? We have a gem right before us...he will be SE team mate with Nwakali [he should leave ARSENAL]...Its better to begin small as youth player...knowing from where you are coming..africa with a lot prejudice against you, this partly the reason our players market price is lower..You can count how many Nigerian players that joined first team of big teams straight from Nigerian league..Finidi to Ajax,Taiwo to OM. When a club knows that you are their own...they put more work to fine tune you...but when you come on loan...phewwww... |

Well,I did not see MUCH OF Adokie...but Edebor was better than Okenla[more of a Musa but better ball sense]..Etokebe was awesome with pin point crosses...Elahor was slow but a waist breaker...Amuneke was a bulldozzer without finesse.....Chukwueze...hmmmm we hope for the best...HE MUST NOT CONVERTED TO A WING BACK OR LEFT BACK ...They already trying to destroy our Musa Yahaya |

That Chukwueze could turn out to be Nigeria s best LEFT FOOT ATTACKER in history the way he is going...better than Friday Elahor....He seems to have some finesse about him.. Amuneke was an action attacker cum winger...Elahor had flair...but this guy..Chukwueze..left footer, attacking from the right...is something else..almost sumptous |

ChrisKels: Steve Bruce the Aston Villa coach who bought Moses odubajo from Brentford during his time at Hull, wants to work with odubajo once again, odubajo's contract with Hull runs out this summer. If Aston Villa overcomes Fulham in the qualification race, they we probably would be having two of our RBs plying their trade in the EPL come next season.
I hope this deal pulls through because Moses odubajo is quality. I will also like Aina to join a team like southampton on loan next season if he failed to break into Chelsea's first team.
Have a glance at our RBs post Russia ; Ebuehi Benfica Aina EPL Odubajo EPL Ehizibue Bundesliga Nura Roma Impressive. Nura has a problem, was adviced to stop playing football FOR NOW. |

No need to insult her..a little knowledge about AFRICAN TRADITIONAL RELIGION AND INCULTURATION will help her... you can only worship God in truth and in spirit which is your entire being,worldview,history,heritage...all these make up the truth about you ,inside and outside..your culture shapes who you are...and it is who you are that you present to God...the whites that brought the Word of God to us didnt tell us that but now..we are becoming more aware of who you are..WE WANT TO WRITE OUR OWN HISTORY..this is why you see churches bringing culture as part of worship..savvy? |

I think the OP needs some lecture on inculturation. And, the OP should know that language is part of culture..if you are speaking your native language in your church, you are celebrating your culture in the church..it is not only through clothes, dances etc that we showcase culture. |

Salvatore `Toto` Schillaci.....from prison to world cup...six goals ...after the world cup...The End.
My most exciting world cup remains 1994 because of wonderful football played by un unbelievable assemblage NATURALLY ENDOWED TEAMS AND PLAYERS
Maradona...Armando....there is something that makes him different from Messi.....mentality and off the field social behaviour....Messi can never top him...even if he wins a world cup...there is that ting of madness in Diego, something that attracts you about his person...an exciting streak in him...it is not in messi who is about goals and dribble
This is why Mohammed Ali is the greatest sports person ever..not only in boxing...He had a ting of madness...off the field socio-polico disposition that attracts everyone including the US army..hehe |

CAPSLOCKED:
OH.... THE IRONY. WANTED TO PASS BUT.. COULDN'T RESIST.
- THE CATHOLIC CHURCH COLLECTS TITHE. - THE CATHOLIC CHURCH COLLECT OFFERINGS EVERY SUNDAY, YOU'LL HEAR THINGS LIKE FIRST COLLECTION, SECOND COLLECTION, THIRD COLLECTION.. AND SOMETIMES "SPECIAL COLLECTION". ALL THIS DURING A SINGLE MASS. THE CATHOLIC CHURCH DOESN'T COME OUT STRAIGHT TO DEMAND FOR COINS BUT USES SUPREME TECHNIQUES TO EXTORT IT'S MEMBERS.
- YOU MUST REALLY BE A CHILD TO THINK THAT THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IS NOT A ONE-MAN BUSINESS. ALL THE CATHOLIC CHURCHES IN THE WORLD SENDS MOST OF THEIR MONEY MONTHLY/YEARLY TO ROME. OR HAVEN'T YOU HEARD ANYTHING ABOUT "TARGET"? THE CHURCHES ARE MANDATED TO MEET THIS OR THAT TARGET MONTHLY.. THAT'S WHY THEY'RE ALWAYS DEMANDING THIS AND THAT OFFERINGS UP TO FOUR COLLECTIONS PER MASS. AT THE END THEY SEND ALL THE MONEY TO THE DIOCESE.. THEN TO ROME THROUGH THE APPROPRIATE CHANNEL.
THIS IS ORGANIZED SLAVERY. BLACK MAN SENDING MONEY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WHITEMANS VATICAN CITY... WHILE OUR OWN LANDS STAY POOR... IN THE NAME OF RELIGION. RUMOR HAS IT THAT THE VALUE OF GOLD IN THE VATICAN IS ENOUGH TO FEED THE ENTIRE AFRICAN CONTINENT FOR A CENTURY.
YOU FAILED AT PAINTING PENTECOSTAL PEOPLE BAD, WHATEVER THEY DO WAS BORROWED FROM YOUR BELOVED CATHOLIC CHURCH. I am a catholic and shall remain so till death...The only money sent to the Vatican is the one called VOCATION SUNDAY COLLECTION...this is done in all parishes and Dioceses worldwide on a specified Sunday,ONCE EVERY YEAR. This is sent to Vatican and The Vatican in turn sends this money to POOR DIOCESES all over the world like Dioceses in Sudan,Chad,Mali,Burkina Faso,Central African Republic, even to Nigeria especially to the North,Venezuela,Cuba, etc . This is done to help them grow and not depend on offertories. Savvy? |

Goke7: It's because we have refused to develop and adopt a playing culture or pattern for our national teams. If Spain at a time could adopt the tiki taka pattern which even originates from the dutch for all their teams even at club level, one wonders what is actually the job of our so called technical committee all these years. We only hear about them when a team list is to be compiled. shior You are on point. Also the players of early 80s,90,and early 2000s....fact[we have argued this here]...then it was flair...entertainment....free flowing....players wanted to excel....now it is money and winning..so coaches adapt to that mentality with tactise that will ensure that...we have an avalanche of players of those era...national teams and clubs...it is now commercial football...its about commercial football..Pogba is HIGHLY OVERATED....You see what i mean? |

Giroud is just there as an old timer and that's all.
The only player I am happy for is nzonzi the rest deserved so,but my lovely digne of Barca is not there but I am not surprised befause he is a bench warmer same thing goes to giroud but he is coach favorite . What about Laporte of Man City? |

PDP didnt participate. But the major issue is that State conducted elections are not credible..thats why in the current constitutional amendments, there is a provision for INEC to conduct all elections including state and local government elections..Check through our democratic process since 1999,some do not conduct local elections, even when they conduct, its always a landslide victory for the sitting governor.. |

There should have been an independent verification of results as they came in...technology these days does not guarantee safety and certainty in election with out independent verification..Kenya is an example..software[there are various election software in the market]can be programmed to work things out..just key in what you want...as people vote in the software redirects....howEver what pdp is saying is that things changed at collation centres, which were manual, different from the results already announced at polling boots...so the only option is court...with tribunal judges appointed by El-Rufai hehehe...you see why at least state elections cannot be credible when managed by state appointees...GOD CANNOT BLESS US THIS WAY...SO THERE IS GOD BLESS NIGERIA |
