We can all remember the funny days of Peter Obi as governor.

I believe that a president is so well informed about the state of affairs in any country that he has almost a complete grasp of all information.

Obasanjo was the president when Atiku was alleged to have embezzled so much money that can feed 300 million Nigerians for 400 years.
