So a simple law is enacted that says if you are an extractive company, you should have your headquarters located at least 200km from your highest concentration of extractive activity.

It's not possible for him to die from laptop explosion. Most commenters are ignorant of this.
The laptop gets its source from DC (direct current) through its charger which serves as the converter. So what amount of voltage passed through d charger to enable the shock to occur? I feel something is wrong somewhere.

Just to reiterate a major point, Nigeria is CORRUPT! No State is free of it. Some States show it more than some hence the need for this opinionated list.

Northern States are corrupt like every other state in Nigeria and I have indicated a few of them in my list if you read it at all.

Also take note that poverty is high in the North and it fundamentally has more to do with illiteracy, religious fanaticism and established social orders than blatant corruption.

Have u bin to the north or just mere ranting? Taking any form of index into consideration, Northern states are the most corrupt, no matter how u view it. The delta state u are castigating is a Haven for investors, can same be said about any northern state were poverty, illiteracy, lack of public infrastructure is the order of the day? Poverty in the North is alarming, so alarming yet down played, if this is so, then how do u define corruption?

I personally don't see any need for the creation of this Peace Corps thing. I read through the creation bill, and the whole scheme has nothing to offer but additional burden on the government.

I understand that the government needs to create more jobs, but it's not by creating useless agencies that promise to handle tasks that some other agencies are already in charge of. Instead, the government should channel the energies of job-searching youths into productive ventures that will fetch huge returns for the country at large.

I'm yet to see the usefulness of the NSCDC, and now the government wants to create another nonsense. The same government that is presently struggling to pay salaries.

The most useless uniform agency created has bin civil defense, no clear cut agenda, yet our money goes into it daily, same with frsc, just duplication of functions the police should be able to carry out. Why not equip the existing ones and fund it properly. This country don tire me sef. It's annoying
