As an indigene of Osun state who goes thru Osogbo, via Gbongan on the way to my village in Ibokun, Obokun LGA once in like every 3 months. At first, I wondered why the need for this project but it was later I realized the importance. Although, you cannot calculate the importance of infrastructure in Naira and Kobo but it's advantage in the short and long term is in no small measure.

If the governor and his political cronies can take full salaries and other remunerations not meant for them, the workers deserve their full pay.
Afterall they got their full allocation and paris club money from the fg.

A good reason is the tactical but crude suppression of views.
The Nigerian Broadcasting commission had earlier this year regulated the airing of phone in programs with the directive to broadcast stations to limit the time allocated,the number per day,but most crudely that call ins should be screened.
TVC bowed cheaply and yanked off its popular newspaper review,and those still airing are giving us caricature of phone ins.
The same devilish government wanted to achieve same aim with social media,but have found that almost impossible due to the global nature of popular sites.
