Our favourite "affordable" brand used to and still does deceptive marketing and overpricing till this day. But not on the scale that Oppo has done with the Reno 8.

My main aim is always to educate the general public. That's what's important. Those who have ears, let them hear.

They certainly don't, you're mistaking sending their highest specced phone with actually releasing two phones with the same name and different specs then sending the one with higher specs to reviewers in a country when you know that's not the one you're planning to sell there.

This was also the case with oppo Reno 7 cause the international variant used Dimensity 900 while the one released in Nigeria was SD 680 and at the same price basically and this Reno 8 and the initial Reno 7 are exactly the same phone.

When these phones are released to the Nigerian market, their prices are usually around the same price using the official exchange rate. I followed Xiaomi's and Apple's launches last year and I can confirm this for a fact.

3. Oppo are a registered and licensed Nigerian company. Those phones were imported through official channels.

The review units given to YouTubers was the one with Dimensity 1300 but the one that Oppo is selling carries Snapdragon 680. Yet they're selling the SD680 variant for the price of the Dimensity 1300.
It's criminal.

Very nice video, you forgot to mention that they actually sent the OPPO Reno 8 with dimensity 1300 to out so called big tech YouTubers to promote it then ended up bringing the one with SD 680 at the same price for consumers that don't know any better.
From all indications this was a well calculated move

Most of the guys who call themselves atheists here fall into three categories.

1: The damaged ones: These ones were damaged in one way or the other by their former spiritual fathers/mothers. Some of them were sexually abused. It will surprise you to know that many in this category still go to their "church". They only come here and give vent to their anger, trauma, bitterness, frustration, disappointment, etc, because it is a faceless forum. They have been so emasculated that they dare not utter any of what they say here out there. What they have is hatred for their Maker. This hatred stemmed from the abuse they suffered at the hands of evil men and women who parade themselves as the agents of light, but who are indeed agents of darkness.

2: The unconscious agents of wickedness: These one have demons in them and are not aware of it. Out there, they may even go to their "churches". This is the only place where they can act out freely. Most of them dare not utter an iota of what they say here out there.

3: The satanic/demonic agents: These are the conscious satanic/demonic agents. They are agents of darkness/wickedness. Their aim is to steer people away from the path of righteousness and lure them into darkness. They know what they are doing. They know that the Creator exists. They are conscious of their relationship with their father and master, the devil or Satan. Many of them have successfully lured some unstable and unwary "believers" into sinful lifestyles, especially sexual immorality. Their confidence stems from this. Their claim of atheism is a facade. They want you to let your guard down and give them to opportunity to strike. Typical serpentine tactic.

So, when one looks at it critically, there isn't really an atheist on nairaland.

Just to be brief.
