Nuclear energy is amongst the cleanest and safest energies to harness except if there is a breech in the reactor core which is rare or caused by bad maintenance habits or expired replacement parts. However even if we have a nuclear reactor here in Nigeria do you honestly think that the first handlers would be Nigerians? Nigerians would be trained and eventually handed over to but real experts would handle its running and in fact the private sector can be asked to handle it and so take the stress off the government.

Even in nature we have adaptive measures but in science we have preventive measures. Science is in constant motion and always evolving so if a nuclear disaster occurred shouldnt common sense tell you that measures have been taken to prevent a reoccurrence?

There are over 400 nuclear reactors worldwide. Comparing that with the nuclear disasters you claim to have occurred kindly give me a percentage per your disaster analysis. Consider this your exam for April 1st 2015

Story , I study turbine on my own a lot and nuclear plant was my project then in school. Nuclear no be beans we cant manage it .. If we can we could have done it long ago . If in a gas turbines we smell gas on Nigeria and our refinery we can't handle it why is nuclear easy for us or what is easy for us to manage or we have been managing well . Our country don't value safety so nuclear plant is like u want to remove Nigeria from the planet unless say na only like 75 percent white and the rest for black.
