As a Lawyer I can tell you for free that no agreement can override the Constitution. Such an agreement would be illegal and unenforceable even with evidence that indeed such an agreement was made and voluntarily.

I know this fruit, even though I don't know it's English name. I used to eat it in the villa back I the days while growing up In my dialect (a tribe in Rivers State) we call it ujuju. The leaves of the ujuju tree is very rough. The fruit is mildly sweet and has plenty seeds inside, the size of cocoa seeds.

I have 15 years legal practice experience and a PhD in Law sir. What consultations are you talking about? Who told you that? You're merely speculating.

This is not a good time to sack anyone. I know some persons will say no time is good time.
Well, legally civil service jobs come with statutory flavour and there are laid down rules for disengagement of staff who enjoy statutory flavour. The process is followed by the civil service commission and the Governor is not part of that procedure. The report did not state if the procedure for a valid sack was duly adhered to by the commission and the Governor merely did a symbolic announcement.
