There seems to be a curse affecting office of EFCC. Disgrace and inglorious exit has always be the end of all the czars of that office.

I doubt if this Magu can be compromised to have done all these allegations.

It is high time the EFCC should be separated from AGF. Malami is a big clog and distraction to that office.

Presidency should have shifted its attention to probing series of allegations being levied against Malami and leave Magu alone.

One of the terms of bail in the matter is not that the 50k be deposited. It's merely a bond entered into by the surety that he will lose 50k of he doesn't produce the defendant on any trial date. No money is actually paid.
But then again, I think the bail condition (sum) should have been set at 5k to pass a message to the foolish prosecutors.

The Supreme Court has scheduled judgment for later today in one of the four appeals challenging the outcome of last governorship election in Imo State.

A seven-man panel of the court, led by the Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Justice Ibrahim Muhammad, made the announcement after lawyers in the appeal marked: SC/1461,2019 filed by Ifeanyi Ararume of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).

After the last lawyer adopted his brief, Justice Muhammad said: “Judgement in this appeal is stood down.”
