Do not make any purchases from houserentprob. He is a scammer. I paid him 32k for a bag of rice to be delivered to Ibadan since last week Wednesday. He claimed I'll get my rice the next day. Till now he has refused to reply my messages neither does he pick my calls. His real name is Timilehin Reuben Ojo in case he tries to use his real name to scam peoole into paying for rice they'll never get.

I can feel your pain right away. Lets give him more time to respond and if his response assuage you , you can take down this thread but if otherwise , you are very free to do more damage to his name. I wrote earlier that we both chatted and he told me he is just recuperating from sickness.

A very long matter,same situation.

I had an en counter with him few weeks ago after sheriff could not take my order due to logistics issue. When i began to see all these negative comments about him , i was so surprise because he did not dissapoint me when i paid for my order which i acknowledged on page 2 of this thread. Those comments made me to chat him up. i expressed my disappointment with him. He responded latter and told me he has been on sick bed unconscious for some days and sent some pics of his recovery, still under medical facility with drip fixed on him. He even told me he had an order of about 28bags hanging on his neck.

Please note, i am not speaking for him, i only feel your pains as buyers and i am moved by your complaints against him. i have told him to try and use any available energy in him to make a public post so as to dose the tension online and he promised.

My 3 bag of rice received today. We cooked some and it's 100% stone free.

I guess he is very poor or near to zero on how to relate with customers and potential customers. I think this attitude is an opportunity for potential dealers here.

It is not poor customer relation really because I have traded with him in the days of his little begining. Just as becalmbecalm said, its a deliberate attempt to ignore or disregard customers with small order, Afterall he has time for big order customers, imagine 2 weeks of daily reminder and appeal. I have sourced my order from another dealer days ago.

You are on point becalmbecalm. Same treatment here, few bags to dash out fams and friends for yuletide, Mr Shariff no get time reason my matter for close to 2 weeks despite daily reminders. I have stopped "disturbing" him and choose to becalm
