Mechanic told me my car uses honda hala engine and is 1994 rover. It keeps producing black smoke, the check engine light is on and after changing the MAP sensor 3 times without result, I am discouraged. Please, i need guide to possible places to troubleshoot.

Goodday boss,
My matrix 05 rpm needle doesn't stay at 1, it's jump between 0 and 1. The car vibrate terribly and make terrible noise. The mechanic added small paper to the injector mouth but the issue persisted. He advised we change the injector mouth, we bought another one at Ladipo, better than the previous one but I'm not satisfied with the performance.

Later today, we discovered that the manifold has a leak, he said the leakage might be the cause but I'm doubting his competency. What do you advice sir?

A leaking intake will cause erratic rpm.

The guy at the time was depressed and going through a phase. Rather than stay positive, he opted to unleash the frustration of whatever he was passing through on nairaland car dealers to the delight of the audience who nudged him on. Fun times It was entertaining thou. The guy literally had a fight with all the cardealers on nairaland from gazzuzz to valarinz to calculusx you name it as long as you consistently post vehicles the guy must attack you. hope he has found peace and is happier now wherever he may be.

Correct your self, I never had an issue/faceoff with cosplay, neither did he flag any of my adverts

It's still a USED car, but cheaper than a used UNREGISTERED car of same quality.

Point to note is it has all the qualities and MORE of a FOREIGN used car. A smart nairalander who wanted to pay for a Toks at 2.2m saved ₦400,000 buy deciding to buy this.

I sell over 150 cars on and off this platform every year, if I was selling rubbish, AMERICA WILL KNOW ABOUT IT .

you do not pour synthetic oil into a sludged up engine.

Replace engine.
