@Dr Gazzuzz, I recall you mentioning a situation where a car turns into a log of wood cause of bad compressor/AC system. And you are an expert at AC repairs and it happens to be one of the cars u have in your fleet. So my kia Rio has turned into a drunkard and log of wood. Fuel no longer makes projected amount before the reserve light turns on.
It's a manual car, and getting the car into motion when the AC is on has become a herculean task. Help a brother

Spunkalator:

Good Day Great People!

I am indeed looking for a car to drive on the Uber/Taxify Platform. I'm willing to pay any realistic amount we agree upon without defaulting.

I am experienced with good ratings currently!

Please Call me if you have a deal for me 07056068734

Haderbayor123:
Yes I need a car but not that desperate, I will rather go for a realistic offer which I know I can keep up to come rain come sun. Have been seeing your posts and have never request a car from you just because I know is not the best deal for me. So shift with you and your unrealistic offer abeg

What am bringing to the table-My time, energy and life on the line.

Seems most of these partners don't really understand what drivers go through on the streets. If your car gets damaged, insurance will cover you. What if the driver gets 'damaged' or even dies...who covers that. I guess we're in the time of when material things, are worth more than human life.

chillex8:
Do I need security-deposit too

Haderbayor123:
Exactly what am saying bro, before you give your car to someone, make sure the driver has at least 2 credible guarantors and if the driver default, pick his guarantor up to look for him to face the consequences. Let the driver pay for every damages and lost. Not by claiming drivers will be serious once they pay upfront whereas, this rogue drivers are smarter than you.

oga gazzuzz sorry for derailing this thread. i helped a cousin of mine to clear a 2012 ml 350 from texas at tincan and i paid the full duty of the s.u.v. the vehicle was in my possesion for 3 months pending when my cousin will arrive naija. on 14th of december on our way to kaduna, customs intercepted us after showing them our duty papers they made a call to their command at oyo, loo and behold they told us that the car details is not in their system. they impounded the car at agodi oyo state command. long story short, after investigation it was discovered that our car details was edited and swaped with another car of same make and model the thing just weak me.

Just wondering though...
Most companies request applicants that has years of experience, host of us will ask what happens to the fresh graduates?
Most of us will blame microfinance banks for not helping entrepreneurs that where would u want them to get upfronts or collateral or even the high interest rate.
Now its a new trend for drivers to make upfront deposit , is this really the way to go or car owners are just playing on the desperation of some drivers?
Do we pay PHCN, Tax, or any form of utility bills upfront? Not even house rent is pay upfront as far as we generally know.
Hmmmm! Oma ga o!

My Engine Vibrates each time I switch off my AC.

As soon as the AC is switched off,the car RPM drops suddenly to 300 and rises again to 800 as the engine vibrates.

Initially I thought the issue was with the serpentine belt,I changed the belt and problem still persist.

AC works perfectly well.

Sir pls the car battery drains over night if I did not remove the head. If you Start the car and remove the battery head, the engine runs no issue but the moment I forget to remove the head over night, the battery won't be able to start the engine the next morning.
Pls sir what could be the problem??

The battery is weak but I want to know if anything else is the problem before buying new battery.
