When the car is moving, AC very cold, but once the car is stationary or moving slowly, like it normally happens in a traffic holdup, the coldness drastically drops, to extent that inside the car be getting stuffy. But once the car starts moving again, it starts getting cold.

Wonder what could be responsible for this?

usually a defective compressor. There could be other causes like a blocked drier, faulty expansion valve blocked condenser dirty system.

You should have it checked out by an a.c technician.

If your a/c compressor has not been replaced with a manual 1, then the only issue you have is idle speed.

Idle speed should be at 850-870 at all times if not you will have vibrations on that vehicle.

With higher mileage (above 100k) the gearbox makes some funny noises, just ensure you change your transmission fluid every 30-40k km. There's no known solution for the funny noises.

I experienced this once.,i had to check fan, drive belt, water pump, radiator and condenser.i later discovered the cells in the radiator were blocked..i had the blocked cells flushed and cleaned and radiator was as good as new.
Note: the process was not flushing the radiator alone,it involved having the radiator cover removed and the cells flushed.it was not done in the car wash,it was done by one guy who deals only with radiators.

safer to replace.

Deeply wish to appreciate all roadside auto mechanics, who learned through the ropes of their trade. This humble mechanic listened to the engine and arrived at this solution ,did it and told me to drive off without charge. But i said no, you deserve the cost, the dust stain on your hands and the turning of your screwdriver

sadly the timing was set by ear, you need a timing light to properly set the distributor.
