I have seeing cars overheating in traffic jam and hold-ups but my own case is special. My car overheats at 70-80 km/h and each time I stop to check what was wrong with the cooling system I discovered that the coolant/water level is normal. If I allow the engine to cool down and continue at 50-60 km/h, the temperature will be normal. The engine thermostat is intact. I even changed the thermostat on my way back to check whether it is bad, it still did the same thing after about 20 km. Please what can I do to get the cooling system back to normal.

My dog is the last thing I'll kill.. And my dogs are very much under my control. I wasn't at home and it was an accident.

Besides, my dogs are trained and bred to be violent and unfriendly . They are not pets. But this is just one expensive mistake on my part which I am working to correct.

What are the consequences of wrong setting of a vehicle distributor head? For instance, i complained to a mechanic at Owerri that my vehicle engine temperature indicator seems to hover to a high point.
He told me to start up the car, after a while, he said that the distributor head was not properly set, which then he did, and the engine sound was quieter, i drove from Owerri to Port Harcourt, i observed that the temperature gauge never rose above the minimum bar, same yesterday and today city driven,
Was he right?

@GAZZUZZ tuale to you. The brakes on my camry 2005 is misbehaving. I'd have to double tap it before it becomes fully active (before e hold). What mightbe the issue.

Please my honda accord 2012 fuel gauge meter is no longer working. The yellow fuel indicator beside the gauge is just blinking. electricians have checked the fuel pump assembly and have not been able to trace the fault. I have been driving blind for long not knowing how much fuel I have at any particular time. It is just frustrating. Kindly advise

some countries in Europe are cutting over soon, few are cutting off from fuel powered vehicle as early as 2025(think Australia or Norway, Germany , Paris,2050 etc)

what is ur take on how this will affect the morphology of parts esp engine, spare parts and the use & future of fuel vehicle particularly Nigeria say by 2050 or thereabout.

I'm sorry if it's off ur "path"

Oga GAZZUZZ please help me with this. My vehicle just resumed its outrageous fuel consumption after a break. I took it to a mechanic who referred me to a panel beater. The panel beater went under and checked it and said my heater pot is bad that I need to change it dat that why d vehicle is consuming fuel and dat the pot cost around 18-20k.
Please wat do I make of this and what is d right name for d pot as these r road side kazeems.
The said vehicle is toyota avalon 2002 model
