I have a 2005 Honda Accord, whenever the car reaches 60km/h or 80 km/h it starts to jerk. if I decelerate, it stops. the max it gets is 100km/h..i have scanned and changed various things, all to no avail. Experts in the house what could be the problem?

Hi guys

I recently (3 months ago) bought a tokunbor acura tl 2007. After about one month, I noticed the car suddenlystops stopped firing. Took it to a mechanic who said it's the throttle sensor. He fixed it and gave it back to me. After two weeks it got bad again. I took it back to him and he fixed it again. I used it for about a month and it got bad. I was tired of him at this point and took it to a new mechanic who replaced the throttle sensor with a new one. Used it for about two weeks and it got bad again last Friday. He took the carmarthen, diagnosed and fixed it and brought it back today.
I used the car for about 30 mins and the issue came up again.

Now these are very good mechanics who came highly recommended.
I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do.

Advice please

Op buy a german AUDI VW or OPEL and drive straight to Gazzuzz's workshop....

but 700k can get you a direct toks Golf 3..top grade..and you drive home.

Gazzuzz, there is no generator in the go kart, that is the engine that powers the gokart.

Go kart are powered by similar single cylinder engines. Here are pictures of one of the go karts for my kids.

that's why I said the engine is still in its original place. What every one is making noise about is the blue fuel tank of a generator (I beta pass my nebo) looking again, it's not a generator, but just the fuel tank.

Turns out that idle was low and that caused it to cut off when climbing slopes.

The catalytic conv in the car has been bad for a long time and it seems it was suffocating the engine, though it doesn't get driven on long distances.

The cat was removed and it's been smoking like crazy anytime the car is started cold, smoke disappears after driving a bit.

The smoking comes up only when the car is started cold but stops after driving a couple of distance,

could it be a valve seal in the cylinder head is bad and leaking oil to the piston or
It's just as a result of the engine having suffocated for long and the smoke will stop eventually

This started on Saturday when the cat was removed.

Hello house good afternoon, my Honda accord 2005 model has a case of simple preventive maintenance gone wrong. I just purchased it registered, and decided to play safe as I cannot confirm whatever has been the car..and did a switch of ATF to ATF-DW1. After the Mech switched the oil. It started leaking. I have had the two seals changed now according to most online recommendations to fix it..and the problem still persists. Any ideas? Its now so bad I cannot drive the car without filling it with ATF first...and DW1 costs 4000 naira per quart..

i love this topic like i love my little honda.
my automatic honda car gear is malfunctioning. it can select every option, including changing gears while on drive. But, for sometimes now, it has refused to select P, part. I do leave in neutral, and and handbreak, when i park it, but i dont think its a good thing to b doing.
so, please could someone educate me on what might be d problem with my gear, and also, d possible solutions.

Thanks for your last advice to change the radiator in Benin. I have Changed the radiator to a double cell, engine doesn't overheat anymore.

For a long time my check engine light has been on, and my mechanic once did a scan and told me not to worry about it. That it's the way they connected the fan or something and that he also can't clear the error unless the connection of the fan is changed not to always be on. He tried clearing it and it came back on.

Well I did a scan myself today as I got an obd 2 scanner. These error codes came up.

P2184 (engine coolant temperature sensor 2 circuit low)
P1157 (unidentified)

Anything to be scared of? I haven't still come to lagos yet, when I come I will contact you or the op immediately because I'm still scared of doing any repair on this car in Benin.

Was driving a friends car when VIO stopped me... They checked all documents including tyres.... They could not figure anything offensive and he went ahead to demand for my LASDRI ... ..I was like LASDRI ke? To the best of my knowledge that's meant for commercial vehicles...it was like I'm dreaming.... Often heard these guys intimidate the unlearned with so many things just to milk them of money.... U are really funny dude. Was scanning my car the main issue?I told u the car was vibrating then. That was the main issue. I told u I have a friend that scan vehicle too. U expected me to drive all the way to Kubwa again to fix my car, when sb else introduced me to a good and better mechanic inside town? Come on. Nobody is talking about banning here. U suggested lots of stuffs that were wrong with the car then, and u weren't even sure of urself. U say, I need to change this, change this and change that, that maybe the vibration will stopped. And I left, u call that karma? So, u wanted me to start spending money on what u urself is not sure will solve the problem then. Chai Some people self, and u are still carrying that at heart till today. Oya send me your account number, if 5k will solve your problem.

Please I need your insight.
My toyota Avalon engine shuts down anytime i try reversing out of my compound.
I have to accelerate quickly to make it stay long enough to drive out and then it shuts down again.
it seems to happen when climbing slopes and when the engine is started cold. cos it drives smoothly when I am out and about.
my gate entrance has a slope though.
