I think there was pressure to sell in the past because debts, accumulated from building the new Stadium, needed to be serviced. That period is over now and Arsenal, at least on paper, should be able to keep their best players now. Well, I hope so anyway.

My guy, my opinion has not changed at all. I fully accept that these guys are part of the problem. Likely they are not sincere. They are probably only talking because they fight GEJ's faction of the PDP. Nonetheless, that does not mean we cannot inspect their message does it?

They, as part of the PDP, know where the skeletons are buried. Let them reveal this to us. Their talk, even if only motivated by self-interest, may actually motivate GEJ to go for broke to begin taking actions that can defeat our biggest problems.
PoliticsRe: GEJ Comparing Nigeria To Syria: Is It Right? by Gbawe: 1:18pm On Oct 02, 2013
@OP

You are totally correct. The President should be intelligent enough to appreciate the rudiments of diplomatic decorum that forbids this sort of conduct whereby a leader put other Nations down to glorify his own. Jonathan is not the only one who does it. Many leaders do it routinely but we don't want such from our President. He should face the issues of Nigeria squarely and not begin comparing us to a really troubled nation, to assuage his own failings, while he ignored mentioning many fine examples of well-run and secure nations that are the actual Countries we should be comparing ourselves to.

There is the also the distasteful aspect of low threshold of ambition from a clueless administrator bereft of solutions. Many will question the reason GEJ must think we are somehow better off in comparison to Syria, Iraq, Somalia et al when we have no business patting ourselves on the back for being minimally better than those very troubled Nation.

This is what really frightens me about GEJ vis-a-vis his total incompetence regarding the problems of Nigeria. Nigeria has statistically worsened under him as far as our position on the list of most terrorised Nations yet he wants us to be "thankful" we are not Syria. A solution provider will not be urging Nigerians to be "thankful" we are not Syria when things are actually worsening for Nigeria to the extent it is only a question of time before we become even worse than Syria if things continue to worsen as revealed below.

http://giftedgreen.com/2013/?q=12-Depressing-Records-That-Would-Make-Every-Patriotic-Nigerian-Sad

5.Nigeria is the 7th Most Terrorized Nation In The World

In attempt to systematically rank nations of the world according to terrorist activity, Nigeria had the dishonor of ranking the 7th most terrorized nation in the world. Losing only to Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, India, Yemen and Somalia

From the 16th slot in 2008, Nigeria went down to 11 in 2009; 12 in 2010: and now seventh. Nigeria is worse that Sudan which ranked 11th and Mali (34th)

emiye: You mean 200 elementary "poultry house" school in Onitsha.?
My guy, the Schools in Onitsha may actually be good and adequate for the purpose they are meant to serve so don't let him drag you down to a level where you retaliate, for his put-down of Osun, via denigrating Onitsha Schools. The bottom line, as pertains to Osun, is that what obtained before were inadequate and glorified shed not even fit to breed animals in let alone serve as schools for children. It makes total sense for ten or more 'sheds' masquerading as schools, with some built by Awolowo decades ago, to be replaced with one model school which provides a conducive, modern and well-equipped centre of learning.

I do not think that many can complain that several of what is seen below is replaced by the model School shown which serves as a standard of what Schools should be in Osun State. In education, Aregbesola has done well no doubt.

SUN STATE DEMOLISH 3,000 DILAPIDATED PUBLIC SCHOOLS

https://www.bolailori.org/images/Dilapidated%20Schools.jpg

No fewer than 3,000 dilapidated school buildings out of the 4,000 identified across the 30 local government areas in Osun state have been demolished by the state government.

This was disclosed by the Chairman, Osun Schools Infrastructure Development Committee (O’ schools), Chief Lai Oyeduntan in Osogbo, on Thursday.

He stated that his committee had spotted schools with dangerous dilapidated structures in the state and will replace them with new ones.

He hinted that 100 model elementary schools would be built in the state, while 50 middle schools and 20 high schools would also be built in the nine federal constituencies of the state before the end of the year.

He explained that most of the school buildings in the state were constructed by the administration of
former Premier of the old Western region, Chief Obafemi Awolowo and that of the former Governor of the old Oyo State, Chief Bola Ige, which his committee observed were weak and could no longer stand the test of time.

This is the thing !!! These guys are actually proving critics of the PDP wrong. The consistent criticism against the PDP is that it is a Party that does not know what to do to turn Nigeria round given the glaring inactions and dearth of solution worsening the situtation of the Country since 1999.

Yet, from the same PDP, we have a set of sensible recommendations that are some of what some of us have consistently demanded. I agree with your concluding submission as well. This may actually be a good development that might force GEJ to look at some changes which would benefit the Nation.

crackhaus: You make me laugh bruv. The topic on this thread, as with Fashola's argument is based on what should or should not be celebrated. It's you guys that started arguing over the mis-use of words like Country, Sovereignty, and so on.

But since you want to get clarification on Country versus Sovereign Country, I'll oblige you bruv.

A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY IS A COUNTRY, aint no damnn difference.
Here is a definition for you;
"A country is the most usual, neutral word for a geograhical area that has or used to have ITS OWN GOVERNMENT".
Now by that definition, we were not a country before 1960 because we were under the direct rule of the British Monarchy/Government...definitely not our own Government.
What we were, if that will serve your purpose to name Nigeria before 1960, is a NATIONALIZATION of people with the same or identical culture and history living in an area under one government (in this case, the British Government).

The amalgamation actually brought together two different nations of people (northerners and southerners) in the most widely rumoured mistake of the century, and this was done out of greed and blind ambition by the British colonialists.
Bruv, welcome to the frustration of dealing with some Nigerians and their issues of patent dishonesty and vacuous obstinacy. Nairaland has been an eye-opener with how so many contributors are patently fraudulent in their utterance which, in a totally shameless and 'korokoro' manner, defies what the entire world accepts to be the official truth about certain issues.

We even read ridiculously from a charlatan that Nigeria became a sovereign nation in 1914 !!! What are we then to do with what the world deems a sovereign Nation to be while some fraudulent Nigerians are busy creating their own inane definition of such to suit a deceptive defence of their flawed argument? I really don't understand why so many Nairalanders have a penchant for dishonesty/deception and the brazen display of such.

Sovereign state
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Member states of the United Nations, all of which are sovereign states
A sovereign state is a nonphysical juridical entity of the international legal system that is represented by a centralized government that has supreme independent authority over a geographic area. International law defines sovereign states as having a permanent population, a government, and the capacity to enter into relations with other sovereign states.[1] It is also normally understood to be a state which is neither dependent on nor subject to any other power or state.[2] The existence or disappearance of a state is a question of fact.[3] While according to the declarative theory of state recognition a sovereign state can exist without being recognised by other sovereign states, unrecognised states will often find it hard to exercise full treaty-making powers and engage in diplomatic relations with other sovereign states.

However we need to design and implement a comprehensive system of health insurance, so that the health sector can be properly funded such that we don't have to depend on philanthropic gestures to get decent health centres in Nigeria.
We have had the NHIS (National health insurance scheme) in place since 1999. It just does not seem to efficiently deliver on its primary brief. I think we will have to look at what others, running similar schemes successfully, have done well.

Osun lawmakers endorse Aregbesola for second term

https://www.osundefender.org/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/2014-AREGBESOLA.jpg

RAUF Aregbesola’s innovative administration has been described as the reincarnation of the progressives in the South-West.
A senator representing Osun Central Senatorial District, Sola Adeyeye, stated this at a rally put together by legislators in the state under the umbrella of State of Osun Forum of Legislators.

The forum, which comprises three senators, nine House of Representatives and 26 House of Assembly members, came to endorse the governor of the state, Rauf Aregbesola, for second term on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
The forum said Aregbesola’s giant stride in the past three years in office is visible to all citizens of the state.
It said Osun State is lucky to have a visionary leader like Aregbesola, whose preoccupation for seeking office is the welfare and well-being of the general populace.

It, in a unanimous decision, endorsed the second term bid of the governor after a motion was moved by Ayo Omidiran (Ayedaade, Irewole and Isokan Constituency) and seconded by Timothy Owoeye from Ilesha East Constituency.
According to the Forum: “We endorsed Governor Aregbesola for second term because of his administration’s laudable programmes and prompt delivery of dividends of democracy.

“We endorsed him for his vision and mission to develop the state. His achievements are visible to everybody in the state.
“His programmes are people-centred. Opon Imo is a unique e-learning tool all over the world. Osun is lucky to have Aregbesola as governor. This is why we endorsed him to continue his good work in office.”

In his response, Aregbesola said the forum’s endorsement is first of its kind in Nigeria, where the entire elective officers of a state except the governor and his deputy would endorse the candidacy of a governor to continue on the banner of their political party.

Thank you. I have often said it that it is impossible for any President not to have some "achievements" to his/her name. Every regime can be credited with one thing or the other. Yet we all know Nigeria's potentials which , married to the right solutions, can put us on the path of greatness quickly.

As one example, the right President will no doubt understand he must bravely confront and reform the current bloated and profligately unwieldy structure of Nigeria that means 70% of our budgeted spending goes on recurrent expenses. This figure is in single digit for many nations of the world and analyst worldwide have said we can never develop if this hideous economic/administrative aberration continues yet we see absolutely no effort from GEJ in regard to this fundamental problem after 3 years as substantive President of Nigeria.

Instead, rather than lead by example, we see him adding to the problem as the poster child of mindless greed and profligacy. Three new air-planes (costing $151 million) added to a functional Presidential airfleet of 7, to make 10, by GEJ. This massive fleet is then maintained at the cost of N18 billion per year while the Police force is allocated N11 billion to equip its officers !!!

Some can hate Buhari and Ribadu all they want but can anyone honestly think either of the two would maintain an air fleet of 10 planes?

This air fleet example , sadly, is what typifies the leadership of GEJ. This is a President directly compounding, instead of tackling, the biggest problems of Nigeria. Mind you, those before him (OBJ and Yar Adua) were virtually the same. I.e limited, hollow and ephemeral "achievements" yet our major problems, exemplified by the revelations of this article, continue to worsen.

Oyibo and their one kain one kain survey
Let us blame "Oyibo" for everything and never ourselves . We will surely become a great Nation thinking like that. Did Oyibo make our President insanely hand over our refineries into the incompetent hands of the NNPC for 24 months to now result in our refineries being rated the worst in Africa? Was it not always obvious the crazy decision of GEJ was only going to make things worse? Why do we Nigerians have a problem with understanding that actions, especially our own, have consequences ? Why are we always so keen to blame others for our woes when most of our problems can be directly linked to the poor/compromised decision-making and performance of our own leaders?

Shall we blame Oyibo also for the drastically increased level of oil theft when it was the President of Nigeria that led the sabotage of his own Country via handing pipeline protection contract to former militant warlords who are, in reality, glorified oil bunkerers?

They punish and ostracise corruption worldwide yet our President pardons offenders convicted of ruining the future of many with corrupt actions. When we are then adjudged very corrupt, why must we drag Oyibo into issues if a people who understand the consequences of the actions of our own leader?

Nigeria can only change if, first and foremost, those who are led begin to hold their direct leaders accountable before looking elsewhere or to anyone else for blame/solutions.

Nigeria, a crumbling edifice – New PDP

OCTOBER 2, 2013 BY OLUSOLA FABIYI, ABUJA 32 COMMENTS

https://edge.punchng.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Baraje-360x225.jpg
Abubakar Baraje
The breakaway faction of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party said on Tuesday that Nigerians were being extorted by the Federal Government through its numerous agencies.

The faction, otherwise referred to as the ‘New PDP,’ also said that the country had become a crumbling edifice as a result of corruption and bad leadership.

National Chairman of the faction, Alhaji Kawu Baraje, stated this in his message to Nigeria to mark the country’s 53rd Independence anniversary.

In the message, which was signed by the National Publicity Secretary of the faction, Chief Chukwuemeka Eze, Baraje listed other problems confronting the country to include ethnicism, among others.

He said that, given the mindset of the present government, there was no hope that things would change.

He said, “I salute my fellow country men and women on this special, epochal and historical event of the 53rd Anniversary of our independence and knowing that many of our leaders may prefer to say otherwise but let me state categorically without equivocation that I am very sad that it is a pity that 53 years after independence Nigeria is still a crumbling edifice, wrecked to the seams by corruption, bad leadership, ethnicism, parochialism, sectarian intolerance and childish political recrimination.

“Nigeria at 53 has turned into a borderless valley of tears where life expectancy hovers at between 40 and 43 years.

“Nigerians are callously extorted through various government agencies like the Power Holding Company of Nigeria which today excels in generating darkness and subjecting Nigerians to the highest ever tariff regime. “

He added that the Federal Road Safety Commission, which he said was set up as a well-meaning agency to tame the rising cases of road accidents, had become a tool for mindless extortion through the issuing and re-issuing of vehicle number plates and drivers’ licenses at very exorbitant prices.

He also said that the petroleum sector had equally become an illicit cash cow for the people in government, their friends and relatives who he said exploited the hapless citizens through sundry means.

He said, “What could best demonstrate the wanton brigandage going on in Nigeria than the fact that the government, which set up the SURE-P programme with the huge N32 increment on each litre of fuel Nigerians purchase, has recorded no known achievement with the huge accruals from the increment?

“Today, SURE-P has sacked the 110,000 youths it placed on N10,000 monthly allowances on the excuse that there is no money to pay them.

“We ask, where is the government keeping the huge amount it realises from the inhuman increment in the price of petrol, kerosene and diesel?”

The New PDP, therefore, appealed to President Goodluck Jonathan to abandon his second term ambition and concentrate on how to “rescue the sinking Nigerian ship of state if he truly loves Nigeria.”

In its reaction, the main PDP described the faction as unserious, saying it was making caricature of serious issues.

National Publicity Secretary of the party, Chief Olisa Metuh, who spoke with our correspondent on the telephone, said it was better to ignore the faction.

He said, “We don’t want to reply them. They are making caricature of serious national issues.

“They are entertainers at drinking joints and beer parlours. They should be better ignored. Their statements defy all known political norms and at best provide entertainment for social gatherings.”

The sad reality is that virtually everything has worsened greatly for Nigeria under the PDP over 14 years since 1999. As this article comprehensively confirms, we do not seem to be making progress in relation to our most serious problems and challenges.

In fact, we continue to see mad decisions that leaves critically thinking Nigerians in no doubt that the PDP cannot administer the centre effectively. The Party, at the centre, only produces administrators who seem to compound the biggest problems of Nigeria.

Can anyone be surprised our refineries, as one example, are rated the worst in Africa given that one of the first thing GEJ did, after his 2011 swearing in, was to concede Nigeria refineries into the hands of the "grand home of corruption" (NNPC) for 24 months? The NNPC is the greatest symbol of failure yet the President handed our refineries to them same way he senselessly charged Militants to protect oil pipeline officially with the disastrous result of Nigeria now seeing the highest level of oil theft in a while !!!!!

We have to begin shunning mediocrity in Nigeria to recognise glaring leadership failure which must be punished with only a dismissal of those responsible for grossly inadequate leadership embarrassing Nigeria. Failure to begin doing this will mean many of these unsavoury records will continue to worsen until Nigeria fails totally.

Osun begins 4-5-3 educational system tomorrow *Collapses pry, secondary schools
Written by Oluwole Ige - Osogbo
Tuesday, October 1, 2013

AS pupils of public schools in Osun State warm up for resumption on Wednesday, arrangements have been perfected by the state government to ensure successful take off of the new 4-5-3 educational system, which has culminated in the merger or re-classification of schools.

Nigerian Tribune investigation indicated that some of the newly built model schools are ready for use by the pupils, while others are still under construction.

Checks at the newly built Salvation Middle School, Alekuwodo, Osogbo, on Monday revealed that officials of the state Ministry of Education were busy inspecting the premises ahead of the commissioning ceremony of the structure on Wednesday.

At Ode Omu Elementary Model School, construction works have already been completed, just as some labourers were spotted clearing the weeds around the school as part of the preparations for resumption for the 2013/2014 academic calendar.

When our correspondent visited another elementary school, situated at Oke Baale, in Osogbo, construction works were still on-going, an indication that academic activities in that school may not be feasible when pupils resume tomorrow.

Similarly, construction works have not started at all at the premises of Osogbo Grammar School, where the state government planned to build another model school, which would accommodate pupils of different schools merged as a result of re-classification of schools.

Commenting on the preparedness of the state government over the new educational policy, yesterday, the Chief Press Secretary (CPS) to the Deputy Governor, Mr Tope Ademakinwa said 15 middle schools and 13 elementary schools have so far been completed by the government.

He assured that adequate arrangements have been made to pave way for the efficient take off of the new educational policy and resumption of pupils in public schools.

Ajibel: Imagine the crap this my fellow leader of tomorrow is spitting out here. ROAD IS NOT IMPORTANT...in 21st century. I wonder what sort of a leader you'd turn out to be. I never intended posting here buh your quoted post stinks of stup1dity.

[s]Just the same way i read a mod say that wikipedia isnt a good source of info[/s]
Unfortunately, this is an example of why Nigeria is not making progress. The leadership of Nigeria cannot be sourced from Mars. It is contributors here, with their absolutely inane talk completely lacking common sense or logic, who go on to gain influential leadership positions. This is why we are in serious trouble as a nation.

This is why many of our leader appear incredibly unprepared, indolent and clueless when they open their mouth. Many are not fit to lead because they have nothing of use in their head. Only evolution and pragmatically sensible voting from the electorate will change this deplorable status quo.

abinsco25: Ask those hypocrites that are against the merging of the schools in Osun state where there children schooling. None of them has his/her children in the public schools.Their children attend the best private schools pay their school fees with our money and the common man's children attend the debilitated public schools and our past leader care not . Our education needs a reformation,we can't continue with the Awolowo model schools, they are outdated, now that there is someone that is ready to reform the education system, they are now crying. Why? Let them cry!" Won a sunku ku ni,omo Ole"Aregbe carry on,2014 no shaking,Abere straight.
Don't mind these hypocrites who play politics with everything shamelessly and with total dishonesty. With the education sector, where Aregbesola is adjudged a star performer beyond Party lines, should we assume any of these ungracious critics know more than Senator Chukwumerije who is a PDP senator and chairman of the Senate committee on education? Some people should be ashamed of themselves yet this is Nigeria where many are still very evil and we even still see ALUU-style lynching daily so I am not surprised to see lies flying around and supported fervently.

Chairman, Senate Committee on Education, Senator Uche Chukwumerije has called on other states in Nigeria to emulate the feat recorded by Osun State in education sector saying that what is happening in the state is capable of rescuing the country’s rotten education sector.

Chukwumeriji, who lead other members of the committee on an oversight visit to Osun State, challenged other state governors to learn from the policies being put in place in Osun if indeed, they are set to put their states on the path of glory.

He explained that all state governors must drop their party affiliations and sentiments and learn from Osun because the state is on the right path to the development of the sector.

Other members of the committee included wife of the former governor of Lagos State, Oluremi Tinubu, Professor Olusola Adeyeye and Atiku Bagudu.

The committee said the visit was a mark of respect and solidarity in showing appreciation for the feat that the young administration of Aregbesola has achieved in Osun.

According to Chukwumerije, “The states and the country owe Governor Aregbesola a lot of gratitude for promptly laying a formidable foundation for education in the state. I will like to use this opportunity to advise other states irrespective of your political affiliation, you must drop your ego and learn from the people oriented projects and programmes of Governor Aregbesola.”

The senator described the collapse of education in the country as a national challenge and appealed to all to muster the courage to address the decay in the education sector.

“The Governor of Osun is God-sent to his people. Aregbesola, as a fresh governor, has shown that he is a serious-minded person. For the first time, the education policy of Ogbeni Aregbesola remains the best in the country, even ahead that of Lagos State.”

Responding, Governor Aregbesola held that for the country to progress, the interest of the people must be considered before any decision is taken; stating that parliamentary system of government is the essence of democracy.

He said, “The best form of political activity is in the parliament, our nation will not make appreciable progress if it focuses only on the executive, at least the parliament is where ideas are generated, they have total representative and support of the people.

“Parliamentary system is the essence of democracy. The assembly of the people must not be an expression but it must put into practise. For a country to have a meaningful development progress, it must not be a one-sided means of power.” The governor averred.

Speaking on education, Aregbesola said when he got into power; his intention was to close down schools for about a year because of what he met.

“What was on ground was dilapidated school buildings not fit for human habitation. The conditions of teachers were nothing to write home about plus the condition of other infrastructure.”

He urged the committee not to be afraid to tell the president that there is a problem in the educational sector, adding that the decadence in the sector must be arrested to rescue students from the problem of not having sound education.

Aregbesola held that the basis of growth for any country is sound education and that Osun is committed to provision of genuine and sound education for its citizenry hence the commitment of huge resources to make sure that its pupils will rank among the best in Nigeria.

kaze4blues: Using osogbo as case study because that is where I leave, modern mega schools are now under construction with most almost completed all through osogbo.

Although it is true that scholls are been merged together, but it is in the interests of the students because hitherto those students receive lectures in filthy environments with most of their classrooms dilapidated and unconducive. But now they are transferred to newly built classrooms which gives them more comfort.

Also the distribution of opon imo is being done on daily basis in different zones of the state and by november it will be completed.

Healthcare has also been given a boost by aregbesola. I went to the state general hospital @ asubiaro few weeks back and I must confess there were improvements in the delivery of services compared to the past. There are now sufficient doctors and nurses on ground to attend to patients. Drugs are also now available.

What more can I say.....the opposition will always find faults with aregbe's tenure.

Aregbesola is indeed god-sent to osun after 7 years of pdp under-performance
Thank you. Nothing more to add.

Atouke: Can you please list the projects that rauf has completed since his tenure in office? i dont mean the media hyped "initiated/started" project?
This is what shows that many of you are 'disturbed' and totally consumed with hate. You have quoted a post which actually has a link that shows you "completed projects" yet you show boneheaded id1ocy and a total devotion to being unreasonable by asking the crap you do above. This is why, unfortunately, people like you should not be taken seriously. You have no interest in confronting let alone acknowledging the truth because of innate bias and prejudice.

Mumu, can you tell Nairalanders where the road below are in Lagos State? You should be ashamed of yourself. Me and you may be dedicated to our political camps but I draw the line at maligning PDP/labour/APGA/DPP administrators , or any others, I know are genuinely delivering for and loved by their people. That is what we should all uniformly subscribe to if predisposed to the developmental aspect of Nigerian politics. When a leader is loved by his own people, who are fiercely happy with his leadership on their behalf, a decent person (especially when a non-stakeholder) will not go there.

Political sophistication means we must, whatever our personal convictions, defer to the opinions of the electorate at all times. If, for example, Abians say they are happy with Orji then who am I to forcefully join issues with and insult those stakeholders over that announcement even if I personally disagree with their opinion? You, on the other hand, are not the least bit principled or morally upright so I am not surprised the same Aregbesola you have praised elsewhere is the leader you now attempt to malign because of your ignoble and two-faced nature.

eGuerrilla: Did @OP bother to verify any of the points raised in that article before going to town with his proclamations of ABSOLUTE guilt?

We need to continue asking the difficult questions our public administrators would rather not have tabled, but we also need avoid advancing prosecutorial agendas in the absence of credible proof.

Thank you. What Aregbesola is mainly guilty of is burning ambition and an impatience to see Osun develop as quickly as possible. To that extent he will often initiate very laudable plans cash, for a very poor State, is not available to implement immediately and totally. In the end , he always secures the funding to make things work. He has delivered with commitment and focus.

That is a style of administration which may not be to the taste of many but not fraudulent or dishonest either. Delay in the supply of Opon Imo is not reason for any objective and progressive mind to shout "fraud". Same as delay in the completion of the Lagos light rail, the first of its kind in Nigeria, is an issue of paucity of funds and nothing else. Administrators do not spend time brainstorming award-winning innovation to then ruin such with fraud. Yet one cannot mitigate for the id1ocy of some here which makes them predisposed to believing anything however ludicrous such is.

I personally think we are in a period where Nigerians must protect their best leaders from charlatans who have lost out and will use vile agents, lies and deceitful machination in an effort to regain the office that provides them with what they did to result in them being booted out. I.e loot massively and unconscionably without giving the people anything at all. We should not go back to the days of hideous indolence and ridculous stagnation. They talk of "propaganda" yet use the link below yourself to see evidence and pictures of what Aregbesola is doing to deserve the loyalty he got here, from stakeholders, while Oyinlola only succeeded to turn Osun into one big "Owambe" zone for the PDP.

Atouke: This is how Nigerians use big big grammar when the want to hide/condone corruption. am not suprised gwabe you are a stakeholder in the fraud, i do not expect you to be objective or give the OPs point credence.

Defer to stakeholders indeed -- you mean the corrupt ones LOL
As always, I have validated my position factually while you only run on the fuel of sentiments and whatever else motivates your criticism. I have shown precisely why I cannot give "credence" to anything the author of the article stated. This is a character asking Aregbesola to explain to the people of Osun the "ownership" of a Company inaugurated in 1990 when Aregbesola was aged 33 and, for example, Governor Fayemi of Ekiti was 25 !!!

Was Aregbesola anywhere near Ratcon in 1990 or has Ratcon now been officially sold to Aregbesola for this author to ask an elected Governor to explain the ownership of a Company with publicly available record of ownership and incorporation? Has Ratcon been indicted of incompetence or anything unsavoury? Where, worldwide, do you see citizens taking issues with who gets the job done if the job is done right? Are you for real?

We should ask why you and others are so keen to give credence to such 1diotically and poorly packaged lies a 6 year old will look upon with disdain. Then again, I know the answer to that question.
