Nigeria's ruling PDP was losing the parliamentary election in an embarassing fashion in places where yesterday's NATIONAL ASSEMBLY elections took place according to preliminary election numbers obtained by Saharareporters from Kaduna,Gombe,Katsina,Nassarawa and Lagos.    From Gombe state,Saharareporters obtained the following vote tally from kofar Ajiya:PDP 10,ANPP 19,AND CPC 121.     Kofas Shetima:PDP 5 VOTES,ANPP 10 AND CPC 117.   Kofas sadauki:PDP 12 VOTES,ANPP 132 and at Kofar Sarkin Dabe:PDP,1vote and CPC with 48 votes. while the us presidents aircraft is known as airforce one,Nigerian officials,just like a copy-cat have named the main presidential aircraft,nigeria airfore one even though it can not be compared to its US counterpart,equipment-wise.I am not even sure if its eqquiped with anti-missile.A staggering amount is usually spent on maintaining the presidential fleet,yearly.Government officials usually fly first class or even use an aircraft from the presidential fleet.Even ,American ministers fly economy class while the British prime minister flies with BA OR VIRGIN.If nothing is done about this culture of wastage,the word bankruptcy may soon become a part of our lexicon
