Help solve this sturm liouville problem
Find the eigen value and function of the boundary value problem
1. y'' + (lambda)y =0

y'(0) = 0, y'(1) =0


2. y'' + (lambda)y =0

y(0) = 0, y'(1) + y(1)=0

No 1 looks adorable while no 4, 5 A̶̲̥̅̊₪d 8 looks more deadly

Am confused here oh I want to go for no 1 but my mind says go for no 4

Lol i cant seem to wrap dis idea how Engineering students think or act lik they do/know mathematics aspect more dan those who spend all their freaking lecture hours solving am 200lvl Pure Mathematics student nd an engineering student came to me today saying "am wastin my time doin pure maths that dey (engineering) are equal to mathematicians plus dey hav added engineering knowledge. I was lik wtf, suite urself, i kno why i chose mathematics over engineering during JAMB. Am not a foool.
Engineering students brag to be all rounder but i refuse to accept an engineer can replace a mathematican except in a useless country lik nigeria

All i can say for nd into faculty of science is dat pls go to ur dept and find out if it is accepted.iv heard too many sob stories on this just this yr. For nd into college of medicine its only mls and nutrition and dietetics dnt know if it is accepted for physiotherapy.

Really? UI doesn't take ND for faculty of science except those you listed above? What about statistics in same faculty?

UI doesn't only admit ND to Geology and computer science they also admit to Statistics, Mathematics and Physics ones d course u offered in ND relates to does field.

The answer would be x= 2 and y = 2/3 Iff the question says 2x - 3y = 2 , 4x - 6y = 4. Else the system is inconsistence cos d rank of the matrix formed from d homogeneous part of the equation doesn't equal to d rank of the argumented matrix formed from the non-homogeneous part of the equation (rank of d matrix = 1 while d rank of d argumented matrix = 2)

But am sure all u'll need for d clearance will be provided on your portal #just_chill...it wasn't like dis last year when I did M̶̲̥̅γ clearance all necessary document needed were made available to all users on admissions.ui.edu.ng page without necessarily logging in to ur portal but this year seems different

there should be a link on your portal(after u're logged in) from where ┏̲Y̶̲̅┓̲o̶̲̥̅̊u̶̲̥̅̊ can download both d medical form A̶̲̥̅̊₪d the jamb 02 A̶̲̥̅̊₪d 03 form so try to locate it but if it seems hard to locate A̶̲̥̅̊₪d u happen to be residing in ibadan find your way into d sch A̶̲̥̅̊₪d use one of the Cafe at The SUB building
