If ban is involved....then u don't have a choice than to apply for administrative review, to at least get the ban decision over turned...and if possible get ur visa if care visa is still available by then.....

Now u need to be sure what u want to argue
Either the ECO made a mistake....or ur employer made a mistake...because some of those ECOs are sometimes on cocaine as we have seen worse cases here.

U may have to get the employer involved if u can to help with your argument..like issue a letter heard statement ....that he gave u whatever u used to apply...and if there is a mistake...then it's an honest mistake...that will be an easy win for you....

Omo they said the cos confirms name and date of birth , but other information doesnt tally so it’s a false document … I sincerely don’t know what that means after name and dob matches.
The company’s lawyers are contacting the home office , filling the admin review form and also issuing a new cos. I know it will be a long process though .i just tire

Wether win or lose ....I have not seen one person that had a good story about administrative review ...
And the reason is that....1)if lose ur case...u would have wasted 80£ u could have added to a fresh application and 1month to wait for the decision from the Sheffield AR team...

2)If u win the case and the AR team overturns the previous refusal of DMC..... Those wicked pple at DMC purposely take anything between 3 months to 7 months to revisit ur application

So...If u have 80£ to spare...go ahead...
Plus ..If u are ready to be frustrated with delay and sending paid emails up and down.....go ahead...

My suggestion, which u don't have to follow shaaaa ...pay for another application...

Please has anyone ever done administrative review before? They said our COS doesn’t tally whereas it does, I work personally at the company that issued the COS. Is it advisable to do the admin review or to contact home office directly from the company?

With the current minimum wage in UK, is only band 5 nurses that can earn it. This the reason why home office is retrieving a lot of licenses.

Omo…why do they hype nursing then? Even Junior project managers earn more than 30k.

Hello everyone, I’m new on here.
I have a question pls :
I applied for my wife’s visa last week and she did biometrics last week Friday (priority). Got NSF mail today with no additional documents required, has anyone experienced this before and what did they do pls huh

Note: I’m already in the uk and marriage certificate wasn’t in the required documents as I’m not travelling with her or planning to depend on her either.

A decision has now been made on your visa application and you will be able to collect your passport at our centre.

Your travel document and supporting documents are now ready for collection at the TLScontact UK Visa Application Centre. Please read carefully the below instruction to retrieve your document.

Collection in person

Please come with the following:

Your Original TLScontact Application Checklist;
Your Original Photographic ID;
Copy of Your Photographic ID;
Copy of birth certificate (if collecting for your minor child)*.
Collecting using a representative

It is not possible for a third party to collect the documents on behalf of an applicant, except in the following cases:

A parent collecting for a dependent child (where child is below 18);
Applicants 65 years and above (with already issued proxy form obtained during submission);
One member of a family group collecting the passports for the whole family, if applied together;
Government Ministry representatives and Business Network company representative, prior approved by the British High Commission and the company’s authorized signatories with a letter of introduction and a company ID card.
Please note that all third party collections above will require a means of national identification e.g. International Passport, National ID Card, Driver’s License.

IMPORTANT: If any of the above document is missing, the representative will not be allowed to retrieve your travel document.

*It fits with Children Protection Act, to guarantee that we are giving the passport back to one of the parents.

You can check collection times and the Centre address on the Address and opening hours page. You are advised to make prompt arrangements to collect your documents from the Visa Application Centre as TLScontact is only able to hold them for 28 days. After this time they will be returned to UK Visas and Immigration, who will pass them on to the issuing authority.

Return by Courier

If your documents are being sent back to you by courier, it will be dispatched within 24 business hours. You will receive an additional email from TLScontact to confirm when they have been dispatched. The local courier service provider may also confirm this with you, depending upon which courier is used in your area.

If you did not select our Express Courier Return service at the time of submitting your application, it may be possible for you to purchase this service now for an additional fee to avoid having to travel to the Visa Application Centre to collect your documents.

I’m not sure you can get an agent and also fund your traveling with 1m ..... I’m not saying it’s impossible but I’m not sure .

In UK, the master in Nursing is tailored that after they graduate it gives them a licence to go on to work as a nurse within that particular sector in nursing .

Please read more about Masters in Nursing with Pre-registration ... it would help yclarify and understand that after the two year master program (irrespective of what the first degree was ) it allows the student to become a registered nurse in the UK.

Please can you suggest universities ? I want to apply immediately. Thank you
