Well, since the application was refused, let him reapply adding all the documents plus a letter to the visa officer pointing out what happened.

By the way, i want to believe that the issue raised in the previous application was well tackled.

All issues was tackled in the application we we were expecting approval mail .

But VO is just somehow anyway. But it cant lie .. it is just funny

For the previous medical he did, was it requested for or did he do an upfront medical and was there an update of passed?

it was requested and he passed medical last year but was refused for insufficient fund , GSMC note stated that he lumped sum of money without origin

He re-fire and was sent medical mail and was told to provide new acceptance letter.

He went to IOM and he was give medical report ( not medical result ) to forward to them.

He forwarded the two the following day .

But VO said he didnt provide the required documents reason for the delay

Hi Guru,

This can be an important info somebody

A friend go mail to do medical in Feb.

But he did one medical last year July which it is still valid .

He went to IOM in Ikeja , he was given medical certificate to forward to emmbassy

He got delayed today on the ground that he didnt do medical .

But Medical is valid for one year according to consultant at the hospital .

Is it that medical is not valid for a year again or what ?

Seriously na funny refusal statement .

Document got dispatched from Accra since April 19 and no mail or sms from VFS to that effect.

My friend tracked his application on VFS website and he got this last week Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office ACCRA , on 12/04/2017 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website.

Tho they requested for new acceptance letter and medical in February which he provided but he didnt get approval mail.

Today he tracked the application again and this what he found Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office ACCRA , on 19/04/2017 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website .

Date of dispatched has been changed .

Anyone ever seen this or hear about this before ?

My friend did medical february 25 and he tracked is document today and it has been dispatched since 12th of April

No approval mail , i told him it is a delay because in most cases he must get approval mail .

He said the last time he was delayed after medical Vfs sent mail and ready for collection to him the day his document was dispatched from embassy and he collected the following day.

But this one , no mail nor sms to that effect .

Please when can he check Vfs office pick up is passport.

I submitted my application since Dec 14 2016, and I haven't gotten back from them. All it says on my portal is application under review. Please does the process usually take this long?
And is there anyone here who has been admitted for that course? Thank you all.

Hi gurus,

A friend was denied last year due to insufficient fund

VO stated lump sum of money was deposited from unknown origin . ( from GCMS NOTE )

He applied again Dec 6 and got a medical mail in february 21st and a mail to provide new admission letter.

He sent both medical and and new acceptance letter to CIC Accra on the 22nd but since then he has not gotten anything from CIC.

The fear is that he was refused at these stage last year .

Kindly assist cos i think his application is nearly 17 weeks already .

On a personal experience, i have once attended a visa interview and the guy interviewed before me was asked to wait for a photocopy of a document before he leaves (this was a tactics) unknowingly, they dictated some misrepresentation in his form submitted prior to the interview. While seated, operatives of CID were called in to pick him while he was waiting for the "photocopy". He was whisked away and charged.

Thankfully, Canada has not gone to this extent YET on study permits due to the non-apperance case. We musn't let them do so!

Quick one please . A friend got a mail from CIC to send his new acceptance letter and go for medical

He has done medical before , so he replied to the mail but he got two automated response

one saying ACCRAIMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca
The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly.

the other saying: We will review your message shortly. If the information requested is available on our websites or your application is still within standard processing times, we will not provide a response to your message.

Is it something to be worried about ?

What was the reason for the refusal last year? if the refusal reason wasn't base on the medical result, he can submit that result again.If base on medical result, he should go for another medical if and only if the reasons has been corrected.

The refusal was based on finance not medical as seen on gcmc . She passed medical that time

Kindly assist, a friend of mine got a mail now to provide new acceptance form and was sent a medical mail as well.

But the thing is he was refused last year June after medical . So i heard medical is valid for a year.

Is he meant to do another medical or sent a mail to them telling them he has done one before ?

its not all about paying tuition fees but having a credible sponsorship with good sufficient funds in the VO's eye. if your LOA states payment of tuition as a condition to meet the unconditional offer,then pay or if it specified tuition payment as a condition to secure your seat before a specific deadline, then pay. atimes you might pay a full duration tuition fees but if the sponsor/sponshorship is not credibe(using company sponsorship)to the VO's eyes,i don't see it excelling,but even if the sponsor is credible and have paid ur full tuition fee for ur duration,ensure that there is sufficient funds for ur MAINTEANCE/LIVING EXPENSES /TRANSPOATATION without working in canada in ur sponsor's account/transfered to yours if not you could be faulted in this aspect for insufficiency.

Sponsor had 6M as a balance before but got denied.

But now sponsors has 10M in the account with reasonable inflow over 25M

School does not require any payment but all all expenses and tuition is 28k CAD ( TOTAL TUITION FOR YEARS COURSE IS 12K )

He is thinking of paying 6k out of the total tuition .( first session ) and still have account 10M

His sponsor is mum and uncle not a cooperate entity .

Is it mandatory for the person make full tuition payment before re-firing or he/she can pay per first part of tuition and include upgraded SOA

A friend is on a hot seat , Please urgent advice is needed

He applied for study permit on June 3rd ( paper route )

Got medical mail June 30

Did medical at IOM July 5.

He tracked is application yesterday ( July 22 ) , This is what he was on VFS tracking platform

Since then he has not gotten any mail to that effect.

Does it mean he has been denied or what or paper route hardly get confirmation mail like online application ?

He studied CSC as an undergraduate and going for Msc in CSC as well
