It's not about the Body trim, I think hybrid should be XLE or LE but it's the engine that's different, when u start the engine and you're set to move, it moves on electrical energy so when the battery that powered the engine is down it switch to the mechanical energy that's when the engine would start fully by itself, this way it does not consume much fuel like the normal engine, but it's more expensive to maintain compared to other engines
