Guys plsnwho know how dingtone works ...I just downloaded the app and I have been asked to make an annual payment of 4$ for phone number or buy 400 credit and get the number for free.

My question is ,is there a way to avoid this payment,if there is none which option is advisable..pay 4$ or buy 400 credit for 8$ and get number for free .
