I have been on the road these last few days criss crossing most states in the south. They have literally turned the whole country to a construction site. The road construction going on between Ebonyi and Cross River states over the river Cross is monumentally massive!
They are all concrete roads.

feelamong:
Just keep buying the cement coys

Na dem go supply the cement for concrete roads for all the loans wey Jagaban dey take to build all the super highway to Sokoto and coastal road to Calabar grin grin

Infact in Lagos now some ready to use concrete firms are struggling to meet demands to construction coys building houses cos the road building guys have bought up every thing

Brent is 107 at the moment because one country in the middle east decided to close a waterway passing through their backyard and all the green energy brouhaha has been left exposed. DRILL BABY DRILL is the only energy pathway we've got now and till thy kingdom come.

Green energy and ordinary Strait of Hormuz has turned the world economy upside down.

Fossil fuel is not going away anytime.

welzyj2:
But with the future tending towards clean energy...won't this impact them as well?

I bought it again at around 100, now over 100% up. I want to hold it for the bonus. It’s currently the highest in my portfolio in terms of value. I think it will cross 150 before QD.

The market can remain irrational longer than you can remain solvent.

I don’t understand the rally but congratulations to all the holders. I sold below N120 and haven’t looked back since

If they try it in this nse largely dominated by insider manipulations, a lot of ordinary folks who rely on self research and instincts for their market activities will become penniless in a matter of hours.

Maybe you have a definition for what a contract means that allows unilaterally opting out at one party's convenience?

BabsO2:
At the end of those contracts, will it not earn more money for FGN to sell finished petroleum products than selling crude? What other catch dey apart from existing contracts that will end someday?
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 11:41am On Apr 07
There are existing contracts that must be honoured. I suspect that they are able to give more to Dangote now because production has improved.

BabsO2:
Is it not better NNPC supply the max Dangote refinery can take. With Nigeria selling the finished products instead of raw crude. Will sell finished products not earn more money for NNPC/FGN than selling raw crude?
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 12:09pm On Apr 02
Even the Bible says you would be romancing shame if you just clear a plot of land and start building without a workable plan on how to complete the building. You go into a war with Iran with the aim of stopping their nuclear programme and you don't have a plan of how you're to seize theie purpoted stock pile of nuclear materials? Killing an individual, Khameneir (abi how do they even spell his name), or a number of them was never going to stop an ideology motivated by religion.

Let them end everything as soon as possible so people can drive their cars again.

ositadima1:
Lol, how exactly do you intend to get that done? Iran’s terrain alone is a massive advantage, and that’s before even considering the fact that they’ve been preparing for this scenario for years.

The U.S. would suffer heavy casualties if it pursued a ground invasion, and it still will not win the war.

Anyway, you’ll understand when it starts unfolding.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 11:23am On Apr 02
Iran is not going to give up anything. Whatever Iran is doing is motivated by the ideology that they are doing it for 'god'. If you are going into a war with them. go all in and get the job done and not just some media propaganda. Recession is around the corner.

zendi:
GeeKudi, the war cannot be ended like a football match because the war was not started wantonly, without a reason, in the first place.
The war was started for the existential purpose (for Israel) to stop Iran from getting nuclear weapon(s).

The way to end the war is for the Iran Regime to renounce in a variable way the pursuit of nuclear weapons.
Or for the Regime to be taken out and be replaced by a moderate government (regime change).
That is, Iran changes it's policies or it's policy makers gets changed.

Trump is in in a dilemma over the war.

The war is an existential imperative for the defence of Israel.
On the other hand, the war drives up fuel prices at home plus the risk of bringing home high military casualties, with costly political consequences for the President especially in an election year.

So Trump wants to continue the war and at the same wants to end it, with crude oil responding to his every cough or grunt.
InvestmentRe: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 9:06am On Apr 02
He is just making statements to manipulate the market. The only way to restore normalcy to the energy market is for them (US and Istael) to get out of Iran and end the war.

zendi:
At last Brent Oil headed down back to it's senses...
It will be under $100 by morning.

Unless Trump says something or Iran rockets one commercial vessel over the night.

To an average Nigerian, every rich man is a thief. I just want most of you here to know that YOU ARE THEIVES to those looking at you.

I am not saying that the one you call a thief without evidence is not a thief o. I am just saying that you are a thief too. You go explain tire without evidence.
