Is that the norm? ARADEL released their Q1 barely a week after ppublishing their AFS '25. mikeapollo: I guess they may want to release the Q1 2026 results a month after the AFS, but the AFS itself was delayed, so they need to abridge the time |
Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 10:27am |
The previous disclosure indicated that the only thing hindering the publication of Q1 was the delay experienced by AFS '25. What excuse do they have again? mikeapollo: Make Wale say something na! We no hear from Wale; we hear from our ''Prophet''; we no hear from @Bagwa! Make them say something na so that people like @Agba would not be laughing at us. Oandites are waiting in the NGX wilderness! |

I think the import of his poser to you is to learn how to respect others even when they differ from you in approach to issues and even opinions. Streetinvestor2: I don't trade ngx.if trading means selling and removing the money for any kind of bill. I have only sold to buy other stocks. And because of that I refused putting fresh funds into ngx as political activities needs the money. Though I have an account I created last Yr as jijo but still I have never removed shishi from it for something else. When I want into stocks in 20000.I had saw it as a way of savings so I it made me develop emotional attachments to stocks. This kind of thing you feel when you see your account balance so I was buying practically everything stocks. I have fnds who see same in lands. They keep buying lands snd have never sold any for any reason. They do everything to get funds from thr active businesses for any bill. It gives them joy seeing those lands as savings. I don't have problems with anyone who trades ngx as only source of income. I only gave reservations on such because it will make you go nuts for different reasons or when people talks down on the stock becomes you see that stock like your goods on sale |

Besides, the audited report is not a new revelation. We all saw the unaudited report. I am personally on the look out for the Q1 2026 report. yMcy56: Lol. This phrase also caught my attention and was about replying on it when I saw this post.
I honestly don't know what made Yok to conclude that the result was a failure! Failure as how? Minimal Reduction in revenue in 2025 compared to 2024, Yes.......but did the company made profit? YES!
Concerning this concern: "The persistent negative equity and high finance costs mean that capital restructuring plans, debt conversions, and upcoming equity raises remain critical variables for long-term balance sheet stability". This is what has been identified long before now, and in which the company OANDO is working on fund raising to address it..... Request re-submitted to SEC and awaiting approval.....
I hope they step up actions on addressing the negative equity so the company can at least breathe! 😊
This is my personal opinion.. |

Obi did not win in 2023. There was no way he could have won. The fact that he won at Upper Iwenka and a few other communities does not mean he won the majority vote in the election. This is the reason why I said some people will cry again in 2027. Man won in his community , convinced himself and his supporters that he won everywhere else in the country and has been crying of rigging ever since. If he doesn’t take his time to study the demography of Nigeria and how a number of factors determine how people vote across communities, he and everyone who shares in his ignorance will cry again after the next election. ogawisdom: Lol Obi is a major challenger to Tinubu in 2027, we can't talk about 2027 without mentioning Obi.
Obi actually won 2023 election but his lack of capacity to defend his votes exposed his weakness as a candidate. He is too gentle for Nigerian politics and can never be declared president, he is too afraid of prison. A man should suffer and die for what he believes in like Nnamdi Kanu, Sowore, Abiola etc
Courage is tooooooo important in a man
Imagine that Tinubu was able to still rig 2023 when he was not president and Buhari working against him via naira note change.
Now he is fully in charge lol |

This is condescending and it is not right. If you randomly accuse people of being paid to express an opinion, who is paying you for yours? The beauty of democracy is the room for plurality of thoughts and choice. That is why a fellow who doesn't even enjoy the trust of his own household would ask a whole country to trust him. He has the right to vote and ask for vote. It is democracy. Your next door neighbour has the right to dislike and loathe the candidate you see as a saint. It is democracy. Then right you have to talk about your choice is the right the next door neighbour has to talk about his own choice. It is democracy. megawealth01: Nobi me talk na. You misunderstood my question. By promoters I mean, who are the people behind the coin? Is it the Japaul Gold company? Of course, if they are promoting a coin at this moment backed up by physical gold, that could signal the fact that they are actually mining gold. But from a 2022 news item? The only signal here is RED FLAG. zendi: The topic came up this morning and I dug up news that supports the existence of JP Gold Coin or whatever it's called.
You people are fond of the word 'promote' here. News brought out here is mainly for information and not always for promotions.
Old News can still be relevant. In fact, when you get information, it becomes new (news) to you. |

That link is an old news published in September 2022. I don't know why they are trying so hard to make eveything about Japaul look like a fraud. Streetinvestor2: I hope it is not digital gold that will take over the physical gold announcement expected this month. I personally don't believe in anything that is called crypto business. If you have gold turn it to physical gold bar and sell in the gold Market. No come play the public wayo |

Congratulations, Awesome 👍 awesomeJ: @ositadima2 and everyone else interested, market has been slow for a while now, this means even if I grow my portfolio more, it doesn't entirely translate to more trading volumes.
So I decided to shed some cash and buy my car, maybe perhaps cos you mentioned it too last week when we won the league.
It's a 2019 Rx F-SPORT with CLEAN TITLE. Too many salvage cars in this country.
Financing by Autochek. Since I make much more than any cost of funds.
Insurance premium on the car is more than ALL my entire portfolio just last year.
God is Awesome! 🎉🎉

Investment › Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GeeKudi: 10:44am On May 20 |
What Loco did was to post a deliberate falsehood in the name of promoting Japaul. That is a despicable thing to do and there was absolutely no need for it. We all saw the corporate action stating the commenncement of the test run of their gold refinery installations and the plan to scale up by the end of 2026. It was just a matter of time, the stock was primed for an explosive rally. Loco, in his charactristic way trying to force things, and particularly deploying fake images in doing so is not what anybody should try to explain away. That's a very terrible thing to do. yMcy56: Not at all... I'm not in support of 'despicable acts'......but just saying those tackling were not able to read between the lines... If you've been following his posts, when JAPAUL was going down, he made mention of some things, and that, once it's time to move we will have an idea about it. Even when I bought and saw it was going down (as I kept arguing with him), I sold back because he kept hammering on it, maybe not supported by Charts I don't know.
* Now he came back to announce the north movement, I picked just small in case it's actually time.....😊
Make people no drag me into JAPAUL discussions o.... One thing I know is that they planned commencement of the gold refinery this month of May.... The announcement may or may not move the price up...... My own na to continue searching for opportunities in the market.... |

I recorgnize the 'brutal' individuality of players in the market you alluded to here but using deliberate falsehood to lure people into what can potentially make them bankrupt because you can squeeze some benefit from their misfortune is a no no and shameful. nosa2: Low key you guys actually believe there is some sort of brotherhood in the stock market.
WE ARE TRADING AGAINST EACH OTHER!!!!
All strategies are justified. Loco promoted Japaul, I looked at it, thought he was bonkers and I moved on.
All this fantasy believe that some guru is here to give you magical stock tips is delulu. But we are here for it.
The only thing I can give altruistically is knowledge on how to value stocks. So ask me for book recommendations or for me to explain something and I will gladly help. But if you think someone will do the hard work of researching several companies to find a hidden gem and then give it away freely...... you are on a long thing.
P.S Dont forget to buy Access Bank tomorrow |
