I just spoke to a staff of the Federal Ministry of Finance regarding the lingering recruitment and he says that Customs is a semi-autonomous agency and not wholly accountable to the Ministry

The reason why I hate the system of the world is that it can't favour everybody. We all desire this job and trust the Almighty's favour. Wouldn't it have been a better deal if we all got this job? You know it is an unfinished recruitment since they are meant to account for monies allocated for the process that had begun since last year. They will be shooting themselves in the foot if they do not conclude what they have started

But shebi you know that account is not fake. That account was opened more than five years ago going by the commenters on Joseph Attah's profile pic. His son, Ozee an officer and musician tagged him to a picture of Joseph grand daughter. You may have your reasons for calling it fake. I still don't see the difference between the news from Guardian and the actual post of Joseph as quoted by one of the naira landers

How do you guys conclude the account is fake? The Joseph Attah who posted this update has had his profile for over 5years going by the commenters on his profile pictures. His use of English is sound so I am just wondering how you guys came up with the conclusion
