I suggest you remove those medical reasons you've stated and add more of psychological and spiritual reasons coz Medically, Masturbation has little or no effect and it's even considered beneficial to systems functioning

Masturbation is not even close to causing Erectile dysfunction, ED is majorly caused by Diabetes, HB pressure, Low testosterone... And masturbation and sex increases the level of testosterone in the body
