We are a growing manufacturing and interior solutions company based in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos, specializing in the production of MDF/HDF doors, kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and customized furniture.

As part of our expansion, we are looking to hire a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team.

🔹 JOB TITLE: Accountant
📍 LOCATION: Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
💼 EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and profitability
Manage payroll and staff payments
Handle invoicing, receivables, and payables
Track inventory costs (MDF/HDF boards, materials, etc.)
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings
Support management with budgeting and financial planning
🔹 REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum of 2–5 years accounting experience (manufacturing experience is an advantage)
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

it depends. Most rents increased last year due to inflation. Demand for rentals and hike in mortgage rates. If rates come down this year as speculated, rents will reduce as well hopefully or at least not increase.
