U forgot to have let us know how ur women from the south east region are topping the chart for prostitution all over Europe and how ur men are busy developing other countries through dubious means eminating from activities such as counterfiet fruad, bogus, deceit and all sort of illicit and illegal ventures..with the way u boost and show boat online, one would have thought igbos descendants of the Israelites, but thats just another scam grin cheesy grin

You are a disgrace to this country! Your words emanate nothing but hate and bigotry!
When u learn to see the brighter side of things then you will learn to appreciate diversity!
These Igbos u are trying to nail, they are the one that have help develop all the top cities of the country to the level they are now through their commercial activities and that is the truth whether you like it or yes! The country through marginalisation has a vision of killing their dreams but they still strive and excel against all odds! They go out of the country and make records! Yet you people don't see anything good about them!
Let us put an end to this hate and bigotry today... there are endless possibilities that await us if we do!

Yeah the taste. Somehow metallic or close. It was really bad. Idk if it's the girl sha or normal stuff but it scared me.
Bros... when it is metallic, it is a good one! you are lucky it's not a fish-like smell.. Those are the bad ones!

any way... this thread is aimed at wasting people's time and revealing people's stupidity... Have u not done your research to see that 3 out of every 5 men suffer ED..and ED comes in different ways and doesn't necessarily mean 'man can't get his joystick up'.. even if that is the case, there are sure ways to manage that, drugs like viagra and cialis were made for such persons.. there are other natural ways too.. BTW all men at some stage (40 and above) will suffer erectile dysfunction.
I'm out!

Politics / Nigeria, Too Poor To Have Light? by generalmike1759(m): 11:54pm On Aug 08, 2017
Now that the youths have moved for
# NotTooYoungToVote and our Legislators voted the bill... Why don't we move for another one?
I'm thinking # NotTooPoorToHaveLight .
Just a thought though!

“Nigerian youths have been obsessed with the peripherals — social media, fashion, individual difference, embracing the West. No one is asking the right questions. What will it take to have light. for a full day? What is the government doing with funds it generates? How can we, together solve the power problem in our area? Nigerian youths have more power than they think they do”

- Richard Quest of CNN

Let's exercise our power again!
God bless Nigeria!

I have been thinking about this 3rd point of yours, my job now makes me feel like a failed man. I feel depressed whenever I'm going to the office, no joy whatsoever.
When I say office, I mean a visitor's room in my boss's house, when I say my colleague(s)...I mean just one person who I met there and has been working for the man for almost 5yrs (I just clocked 1yr today) and still on a 60k salary while the annual income of the company is not less than 100million.
We are just 3 in the company but with strong name in public procurement. I serves as an Admin Officer, company's driver, sometimes Secretary I mean all other positions in an organisation apart from CEO.
I work straight from 8am - 5pm, leave home around 7am and back around 6:30pm.
No time to look out for something better rather than all these online applications because he's always with us! Talk to us anyhow, he must always give instruction before we do anything, treat us like a scum, and sleeps with minimum of 3 girls (our so called gfs) in a day right in the house! I'm also the one to pay 5k into those ladies accounts.

No career prospects!
No time!
Salary less than 60k in Abuja!
Not getting younger!

16k for tfare every month
Savings goes for Rent!
AND IF I QUIT.........ONE CHANCE!

I wish I can wake up tomorrow and tell him I'm done with his company!

I just need God!
My brother, one of the major set backs people suffer in life is as a result of being afraid of leaving their 'comfort zone'. Take that bold step, walk up to him and tell him you are leaving. If you succeed without him trying to persuade you not to leave, then you should go home, take a cold bottle of your favourite drink. Take your time and decide what direction you want to go next, map out a plan and give it a shot. It will surely be well with you when you do.
Cheers!

Sometimes I just wonder if I will ever get a job in this country. And all those advice about reading one's book and coming out with good grades, well, I don't think it works. At the end of the day, one has to cross these high hurdles of assessments and interviews. They don't even give one enough to write the exams. About 48 seconds for each question. And one has to work with fractions and decimals; multiplication, addition, division and subtraction; and the usual question of totalling the whole data in a table. I won't talk about the abstract reasoning, especially the last one with EY, after so many long hours of practice, one couldn't even boast of six questions. They just stay there on the screen staring at one and looking like product of alien machination mocking one's feeble attempt at decryption.

And each time I interact with these people, those who actually crossed these hurdles and got the job, they don't particularly strike me as extremely intelligent; just normal humans. I have never written any exam twice, but these aptitude tests, although very simple, keep making me reach for the earth.

I have been cheering up since May, 2016. Perhaps I will cheer up after letting it out. Each assessment, each interview takes a swipe at my confidence. I never should have wasted six years chasing a degree. Knowledge is power? No sweetheart, knowledge is power after you have made money, a lot of it.

Make una no vex I just dey weak and sad , had to let it out.
I was going to do a write up like this but on the second thought...changed my mind. I also feel that way but the situation of things in the country haven't helped matters at all... If there where enough jobs in the country then these firms won't be setting high standards for their exams... I believe people who pass those exams just got lucky.
So we should keep trying and at the right time we'll get our own luck too... then if the right time is taking too long, just remember that 9-5 is not the only way to succeed in this God-forsaken country!
cheers mate... wish all of us well in our future endeavours!

Am so ashamed of this generation of graduates, lil wonder these coys carry out well detailed recruitment exercises rigorous as well just to get the best, imagine past questions for 1+**=23 and word & opposite, it's a big dent on our educational system, and some unscrupulous elements want to use this as an opportunity to make money...I am so disappointed. What happened to trying things out ursef, being a self starter, making prompt decions et al, mind u these are the kind of qualities these coys are looking out for and not reactive slow and dependent half baked graduates. Shell will nt employ over 60million unemployed graduates but only a hand picked bests.

And some idiots will see opportunity to rip people off.. past questions my foot! For questions like "opposite of happy is....?"

Special Forces is rather a strange affair or terms to many of us civilians that are just applying. So, its not out of place if u kindly explain what that means here.

Even I still don't get the 'BA in PE' which they specified as the Academic qualification

You guys are really funny, someone even said his specialty is special forces, BA in PE means Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education.

O level is compulsory. As you can see, I didn't write because I did not come with it. I'll only say you should get a colored print out and pray it is accepted. Just get all your educational documents. I felt WAEC wasn't important because my degree cert. has covered it all. I was wrong. Nah!!! It won't. There was a girl before me who was still serving so I do not think it will hinder you. Just go with all you have (educational very) and maybe an evidence that you're serving, try your luck.

I wish you both the best.
thanks man, God bless you.

. The questions were gmat questions for sure but i don't know what year it was cos i heard people saying gmat 2007 but am not sure it was 2007 gmat. because i also studied little out of it before going for the test but couldn't find any related questions when i got there. just be calm and dont focus on the time that is counting down on the screen you might loose concentration. just check on intervals. the questions are hard but a graduate should be able to pass the test if u are calm and u dont put urself under unnecessary pressure. lastly please don't waste ur time on calculations u can come back to answer them later. best of luck.
thanks brother, God bless you!

Good luck to those of you yet to write.

My experience:

1. Please, if you do not have your birth certificate, get one or swear an affidavit because without it, you are likely not to write even if you present photocopies.

2. Come with every of your educational credentials; not leaving out one.

3. If there are discrepancies in your birth cert. and WAEC cert., just look for how you will rectify it because someone was refused entry for that also

So I was scheduled to write one today but couldn't write it due to the above factors (1 and 2) so I missed out on the interview. Later got all as I called my folks and they brought the ones I missed out. Still wasn't allowed to write.

They use little things to disqualify everyone in every possible way so please, do not join me in writing the above.

Those who wrote said it was tough (as I was able to meet some of them since I waited till almost closing time) so please, come prepared

My center was at Kofo Abayomi.
When I was applying, I indicated that I haven't completed NYSC yet,pls I'll love to know if going there without my NYSC cert will hinder me!
thanks everyone!

. bros if u won help them, please go ahead and do so. not by making a big deal out it. i did mine last week wesday and i passed after nairalanders had already scared the day light out of me. my advice for those that are yet to write the test. please if you are not too good with calculations just move to verbal and numerical reasoning. because of time, and come back for calculations later. because u wont be allowed to even use calculator. a guy was disqualified because he was caught using system calculator. just take ur time and do the others sections and come back for calculations later. its just 15 questions out of 60. and u will be given 60 minutes. please be guided you can also pass it. don't let anyone mislead or instill fear in you.
pls Brother, did they still use the Gmat?
hoe was the test?
