SirBrightoc: Human factor. Though they do not recruit relatives of their staff, there is a possibility of undisclosed interests. Besides, if you compete with a staff seeking for the same position with you, the staff may have advantage above you as an insider. Remove your mind from these. I score them above 70%, meaning an interval between 70% and 100%, but definitely NOT 70%.
Explain what you mean by copy and paste of their requirements. Also, is it everything I will address from person specification, skills and knowledge and then experience. |

I mean where they state requirements such as working with confidential materials, working to deadline, experience managing people and customer service experience. Can I list such with info backing them. Do u have idea about us embassy jobs. I applied and it is almost 5 weeks |

SirBrightoc: Remove that from your mind. I got the job without knowing anybody in the organisation or anyone that has anything to do with them. Though I resigned for what I deem better, I can give them above 70% on merit-based recruitment.
You have to pay great attention to details in completing your application. Study the requirements and address each of them in your statement Why not 100%? What if I do copy and paste of their requirements? |

SirBrightoc: No. Had another offer from WAEC which I considered better for me and I resigned from BC just after a month of joining them.
All the same, it is a very good place to work. They have just advertised some positions, including the one I resigned from. I encourage people to apply. They pay well and respect their staff welfare. Do they give accommodation too or housing allowance? |

Concerning what someone said concerning some people getting temporary employment with FIRS and will be confirmed later. If you have their letter of employment, please scan it here and I will send it to a ranking officer there who asked me for it when I was bothering him that some people has resumed. When you are scanning, you may cover the person's name. Thanks |

Jobs/Vacancies › Re: Guarantee Trust Bank Induction by Generaloluseye: 1:00pm On Apr 09, 2017 |
hopyroll: Hello house! Please I just concluded a week induction with GTB for a role of transaction officer through ICSL which took place at their training sch ogba branch, Lagos. We've been asked to open a salary account and pension account and so many necessary things. But baffles me is,
We ar not allow to have more than one account which must be GTB account only.
We ar to close all our accounts with other banks and even with GTB in 6 six months because GTB will open a fresh salary accounts for us which will be our only account as long as we work with GTB
We ar not even allow to operate separate account but you can have 3 or 4 accounts link directly to your salary account .
We will account for every deposits transaction on the account no matter how little except for salary.
We ar not allow to collect any tips inform of compensation from customers within or outside banking hall, even on weekend days, if you do so on weekend, it will be at your own discretion, but its not t allow.
Now, does all these terms applicable to all new intake at other banks Thanks
Please how did u apply? |

I don't know why some people write as if they are two years old. The OP is not against third class graduate but he just like most intelligent guys on this thread are asking what is the basis of the shortlisting. If exams had been conducted, it is possible for a third class graduate to beat a first class graduate. But here, they did shortlist straight away. Looking at the list, you will see all the classes of degree there. It means one thing. Man no Man is the order of the day in nigeria |

Please I have applied for examination officer and also examination assistant. What do you think I need to do to get through the interview and eventually landing the job SirBrightoc: No. Had another offer from WAEC which I considered better for me and I resigned from BC just after a month of joining them.
All the same, it is a very good place to work. They have just advertised some positions, including the one I resigned from. I encourage people to apply. They pay well and respect their staff welfare. |
