Bvas machine is not a machine for uploading result..

It’s a machine for accrediting votes..

To upload a result on a portal, it’s done from a computer. It’s the same process with the way universities do upload results on portal..

So clearly, the mistake must have come from while uploading..

Report came up that Igbos traveled in masses from the SE to vote in Lagos. Some of them that were lucky to follow due process got their PVCs in Lagos, while others had a double registration and that was how they got caught..
