Let us compare and contrast how much you can make on interstate and Bolt with sienna bus.

Inter state.

We will use Lagos to benin as an example, the average fare is #15,000 per passenger as at 2months ago, I have no idea how much they are charging this December.

15000 x 14 passengers = #210,000 for Lagos to Benin. To and fro will be #420,000 a day.

Minus all expenses that will be incurred after sales, money will remain like 250-300k for a day profit.

If you drive 5 days a week, that we be like 1 to 1.5 million naira profit after expenses.

In a month you have made 4 to 6 million naira.

You have already recovered money for your sienna in one month.

Interstate comes with alot of challenges.


Bolt

An average trip on bolt this Christmas season is #2500 - #5000 naira. Let's assume you were able to do 10 trips a day. That will give you between 25k to 50k per day.

Bolt takes 25% of your income. The money will remain 18k to 37k.

You minus fuel money 15k half tank. Your money will remain 3k to 22k

In a week (7days) you will make between 21k to 154k depending how many hours and days you can work

In a month the total money will be 80k to 600k this Christmas season.



Conclusion: btw interstate that will fetch you 4m to 6m a month and Bolt that will fetch you 80k to 600k with 14 seater Sienna, which one will you go for

Toyota Hiace 2006 used for inter state transport are usually 14 seaters. They rearrange and customise the seats to accommodate more passengers.

Seating arrangements... 2+4+4+4 = 14 seaters

2 passengers at front with driver.

4 passengers in the first row seat

4 passengers in the middle row seat

4 passengers in the last row seat.


That's is total of 14.

. Interstate movement would be a better idea than Bolt and Uber with sienna. I can't have a 14 seater bus that will fetch me over 25Ok a day, 1.5 million Naira a week , 6 million monthly and use it to do Bolt and Uber. It's abuse and misuse of asset.

Bolt na No 1 for the game. Others follows, but Subsidy removal is really affecting Bolt. I was at their new office yesterday at Providence streets, as in very small office with only 2 staffs attending to drivers. One rude girl and one well manarred guy at the counter. Their formal office used to be very Big with offices, conference rooms, toilets and so many staffs with alots of drivers trooping in and out for support, but yesterday scene didnt show sign of growth. I hope indriver won't take over from them.

Toyota Yaris is the best for the job

Range of 1.5m is for Nigerian used

Tokunbo is 3m to 3.5m

Brand new is 5m to 6m

If u get money buy Tokunbo, you go make your money into 2 years, if you are focused and determined to succeed

You can register with Bolt, you will get enough trips, but most likely far distance request nowadays, if you decline too much. Your account might end up blocked

Indriver is the new gold mine. If you know how to use it, you will make stressless cash. And when there is surge on Bolt, you will double money with ease. But it has is own disadvantages too
