Reasonable Nigerians believe the explanation given by the former governor. The expenditure is better and purposeful than the wasteful spendings by Jonathan and his 40 PDP thieves as well as the sharing of N100 million by PDP Board of Trustees Chairman, Anenih, to corrupt parties, groups and individuals like Olu Falae! If empty-head Wike and his group of wailers mean business, they should charge Amaechi to court or publish the related documents on the N82 million expenditure! Amaechi still remains a saint until convicted by a competent law court in or outside Nigeria!

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has
said that the continued detention of the spokesperson of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, is due to his unwillingness to admit and return the ‘over N400 million’ he allegedly received from embattled former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.

The Nation reports that Metuh admitted the transfer of N400million into a company, Destra Investment Limited, in which he has substantial interest.

I travel by road a lot & apart from dualization of Abuja lokoja (half done, started by OBJ or Yar Adua I believe) I have not seen one single NEW road being worked on in recent time, the most hurtful is the Obajana to Kabba that knocks out more than 1hr+ from travel time was left to totally become craters despite Dangote cement being in that axis.

Secondly this is an over 6 trillion naira budget as against the peanuts Jonah-daft normally budget while allowing leakages everywhere. Percentage of state house in relation to the total sum is still smaller than previous years.
Even with this, am still interested in the full details of what needs to be done at the state house to gulp so much money. Could it be that what has always been budgeted and planned for over the years was not spent therby making the govt to do it again. What about the proposed BMW cars, what is it for? Definitely not for the president, he uses Benz. NASS should as a matter of urgency ask the right question when scrutinizing.
Above all, am happy that the General is spending less on food than what Jonah-daft spent. He isn't a glutton and drunkard like him.[/s][/b]
