ABI dem dey collect award for the update? If I update am and later dey face problems shey na you go help me solve am? shey the many people wey face problems after dem update their phones nor be redmi dem dey use? one thing is that xiomi is still having issue with their software that's why I'm particular about their updates.

my own is that, since the phone is serving you wella and doing what you want? why update it? only if you are having some major problems with it, then you can go on. since I began using the phone I haven't faced any problems so why una con dey cry if person nor gree update phone? Abi we gather money buy am together? nawa for some people ooo.. even people still dey use android 7 and 8 and dem dey enjoy am... abeg rest

Thank you 3. Turns out I was the author of my problem. So the poor picture quality I was experiencing was a result of the camera glass and front screen glass which were more like plastic with hazy colur finish. I installed them before using the phone. Gosh! I was at the point of giving this baby out cos it was driving me crazy already. Truly the camera is amazing now and I'm finally enjoying my phone. Thank you bro

Your warranty evidence is your carton and receipt of payment not a sticker that you are not even supposed to leave on your device for security reasons.

I use redmi note 9 too, but I haven't updated it yet (because of issues like this) since I bought it and it's still giving me maximum benefits. I checked the new update on my friends phone and I see some features missing like spilt screen even on MIUI 13 on redmi note 11. my friend uses note 11 and to be honest my redmi note 9 is even more fluid, gcam is crazy.. floating window is still there though, but I love both and the way you can easily access them in MIUI 12.0.3

I can beat my chest and tell you the ROM that came with RN10 Pro out of the box is the worst.

I got Dolby Atmos later on. They just completely fixed incessant battery drain on MIUI 13 that Android 12 came with. So if I follow your false gospel, I will be groaning that I am using a faulty device right?

Even the Mi 12 series that were released in December camera outputs later got fixed in subsequent updates because the software that came with the device out of the box was half baked.

No be today we done dey use Xiaomi. Keep that Tecno and Infinix mentality outside.

Hello, please I recently sold a redmi note 9, and I had done a factory reset before selling, the guy that bought is complaining of his inability to sign in Gmail and access Google play store.. please what can we do to resolve this. Prior to doing a factory reset, I never had such issues, everything is/was fine. Please help me with suggestions to resolve this pls.

Please I just got my redmi last week as I've not used the product before, but the guy that sold it to me bought it brand new last year July and he gave me the carton and the receipt of purchase. He now log out from one account there I think it's mi account and replace it with my own with my phone number...they sent the mi account number to my phone after he did factory reset and logout on his account,my question is hope I won't have any issues with this phone because of this though the guy said he had removed all his details there... Make such he deleted the device from his mi account. Now hope you know your log in details for the mi account he created for you and ensure you add your email to it as well

So, I finally took my redmi note 9 4G (China version of redmi 9t) to a repairer, he was able to remove the cover of the power IC, but ended up spoiling the power IC, which was later repaired.

infacf the current problem now is that, i cannot get network reception on the phone. it shows no service

Even if you that from now till eternity it won't work. You will have to take it to a repairer.

It is either by removing the Cover of the Power IC or changing the power IC

working very fine. I noticed the version I'm on now is lower. It's prompting to update to a higher version but I'm not going to try that again because that was the same version I upgraded to before I started having issues with the phone I returned for fixing.

The update wasn't responsible for your woes.

I manually updated my note 10 Pro to MIUI 13. Then plugged in and went to sleep. Just woke up with a burnt charging port. I'm not sure if it was the update or not but this is fucking dreadful.
I don't know if I'll be able to replace it today. I'm in PH. Who can I get it from that's in PH?
