I just got my redmi note 7 and I can say the screen is good and sensitive...me. I don't kuku know d difference between AMOLED IPS and all dat...but pls can someone tell me how to know if my phone is on 4g I can only see h+ for both glo and mtn

It has no band 28 for Glo 4G, but if Glo have expanded Band 3 to your location should get it.

As for MTN check if they have 4G in your location

Read this b4 you buy Redmi Note 7. There is a version dt supports Glo LTE band 28 700mhz frequency

Lies no version supports Glo LTE Band 28, only those in places where Glo have expanded their Band 3 can use Glo 4G.

Go to the mi store and search Google. And install all Google services from there.

spec wise k20 pro has samoled while k20 just has amoled
but in YouTube reviewers are saying it's same screen no difference at all
even in camera there say k20 pro is slightly better
some are even recommending the k20 over the pro for value

Camera shouldn't really be slightly better because of different main camera sensors and different processors/GPU.

Most of the YouTube videos I have watched picks the Pro over the Standard K20. The appeal of the pro version is not here.

There is no need trying to justify which is better. If your budget is for the K20 go for it. If you can afford the pro, the better

Redmi Note 5 AI in these part of the world is same as Redmi Note 5. It is India that has a Redmi Note 5 single camera and there own AI dual camera version is known as Redmi Note 5 pro

Thanks, but I'm addicted to the second space features on xiaomi phones, I'm currently using pocophone f1 and that second space is really a life saver.. Maybe I'll just Bleep the waterproof features and stick with xiaomi since I am not real going to be living in water always as much as I will be using the second space... True, despite all the promises Sailfish OS had, where did it end up. Even if they(Huawei) release an OS with APK support am still sure the US will still find a way of limiting usage.

The person you quoted have not been active in a very loooooonnnng time.

The battery is ok, not spectacular, and it has no dedicated 3.5mm headphone jack. You have to make do with the dongle provided meaning you can't charge and make use of earphones at the same time, but Bluetooth option is always there

That was how I spent 150k buying an LG 42 inch 3D TV in 2012 when I should have gone for a 60 inch ordinary TV.

I never used the 3D function all the 6 years the TV lasted before lightening dried fried it.

One of my greatest buying regret till date.

Manufacturers to sell more uses philosophy of the more better it looks the more appealing it would be to consumers. For instance an average Nigerian man won't go Alaba to get a TV and even care about the specifications, the year of manufacture and even the power consumption, as long as it looks fancy and pretty they go with it.

while ips highest 500nits

Did you see the test results of the S10+ I posted. It was only able to output 739 nits when on auto brightness and HDR 10+ on average 358 nits. Pushing the display for more brightness leads to screen bleeding or the shortened cell life span.

Same way some ppl think say so long na smart tv, e dey better than non smart in terms of display, some think say curved TVs dey better than flat panels, some think say bigger tvs always dey better than smaller ones, some just buy any Hp laptop, naim b d best, or Benz dey better than Toyota ( even Benz 200 better pass Toyota camry 2017), the list goes on.

I once told someone the only thing that the curved TV have over flat is aesthetics, the viewing angle is lesser and reflection affects it more
