In terms of processing power and memory they are almost the same,
Pocophone has a larger battery.

There is no 3.5mm jack on the mix 3 but comes with an adapter

The Pocophone has stereo speakers but the mix 3 doest.

Mi mix 3 is better in aesthetics and the photography department.

It all depends on what you want overall

A flagship killer is a phone that has all the core features of a flagship phone (mostly processors and ram). But it may lack a bit in aesthetics and some other features that might be unnecessary like wireless charging, NFC e.t.c.
