That's why they're not growing. Even if you want to be raising agric chicken on local feed you don't do that from day old. You're meant to feed them commercialised starter feed for at least the first 4-6 weeks first, then you can switch. You giving them local feed is why they're not growing. I can even see one that's highly malnourished.

You can't escape giving them commercialised feed if you want them to grow. I advise you buy 2 kilos of starter feed (2,400 naira), and feed them with it for 2 weeks, then you can go back to local feed.
