Yes , this is another one of the crap they keep spewing .
After conniving( azikwe) with the North( ahmadu bello) to create the Midwest and conveniently ignoring all the autonomous movement from the northern region and the eastern region ( ijaws , efik , ogonis ), the stage was set for nemesis to catch with them.
Azikwe and ahmadu bello did it to weaken the western region . Eventually they threw Awo in prison on trumped up charges with just one witness testimony.
They ignored all the pleadings for separate regions by the minorities
Karma is a biiiitcccchhhh.
Karma caught up with the east when the intransigence and the petulance of ojukwu during the aburi negotiations finally resulted in Gowon showing his hand . Ojukwu said the eastern region would not share the newly discovered oil in the land of the minorities with the North ( the western region paid for herself )
This is after sharing from resources from other places before oil .
what did Gowon do ?
He checkmated ojukwu.
He did exactly what should have been done ( as per the agitations of minorities before independence) when the Midwest region was created .
He created more states as per the wishes of the minorities .
Seeing that the ijaw oil that the igbos were banking on had been removed from their grasp, ojukwu declared Biafra as the only means to retain control of that oil.

Igbos are nothing but thieves.

Absolute Foolishness!

Why can't people be wise and spend reasonably?
When the money finishes, he will be the one pleading and begging like OJB

I once watched a documentary of Warren Buffet, the 3rd richest man in the world, with a Net worth of more than $46,billion

He still lives in the Omaha, Nebraska, a home he bought for $31,500 more than 50 years ago.
He doesn’t own a yacht because, as he puts it,“Most toys are just a pain in the neck.”When he married his second wife, rather than a lavish wedding, it was just a brief afternoon wedding at his daughter’s house.

28 year old founder and Ceo of facebook, Mark Zuckerberg just drives an Acura, because according to him "it’s safe and not ostentatious"

He also wears the same gray t-shirt and hoodie to work every day because he doesn't have time to stress his brain on choices of things to wear.

His wedding to longtime girlfriend Priscilla Chan took place in his backyard.

These guys are billionaires in dollars, but kacee that don't have the assurance that he would still be wealthy come next year is just lavishly spending his money.

Can you guys respect individuality for God sake. Kceee is different from Warren Buffet and Mark.

What makes these two Americans happy might not make Kceee happy. White have got no life as such apart from going to their restaurant to have a cup of tea and coffee or tea while Nigerians are full of life even in poverty.

What is d essence of your money if you can't treat yourself to good things of life?

As already informed by the die-hard tribalist president, the 5% SE are not represented in an endemically tribalized committee.

Unfortunately, not carrying everyone along will be Buhari's undoing. It will bite him so hard in due time because every move henceforth will be tribally interpreted and shall inspire various reactions.

Nttor!!!!!

I warned Igbos here during Jonathan administration against your public show of hatred for Northerners and Yorubas. Igbos destroyed that gentleman administration with pure and undiluted tribalism.

They manipulated Jonathan in putting Igbos in all the sensitive government positions and left others with nothing.

Can someone tell us about any administration that has done this below since independence except Aguiyi Ironsi administration who was equally Igbo?

Jesus christ!!!! A single region occupying all these below in a single administration:

1). President- Jonathan (partly Ibo but originally Ijaw man)

1a). Senate Deputy- Igbo

1b). Deputy Speaker-Igbo

2). SGF- Ayim Pius Ayim-Igbo

3.) CBN- Emefiele-Igbo

4). Finance-Igbo

5). Health-Igbo

6). Aviation-Igbo

7). Petroleum-Igbo by virtue of her husband

Can someone spot pure wickedness and tribalism of Igbos in the list above. Igbos are hated today by Northerners as a result of what the first Igbo who became the president of this country did which is 100% similar to this.

Igbos are too tribalistic to be a president of this country.

It was at last administration that I knew the devil you know is better than the angel you don't know which means that Hausa/Fulani are far way better than Igbos.

If you claim that my info is nothing but lies, I challenge you to meet me at Elephant and Castle after work tomorrow around 5:30pm so as to take the population of Nigerians on the streets; Nigerians coming from work.

96% businesses in those aforementioned countries are owned and run by Yorubas. I actually expected Igbos to dominate this sector but totally failed. The following are the biggest Nigeria grocery stores in UK

Topmost yoruba
Ades- Yorubas
Bims- Yoruba.
etc

No single Igbo man in business sector apart from one single Igbo guy after Tasty restaurant in Woolwich

Hahaha!!!! Lmao!!!! Jesus christ!!!! This useless Op is the most worthless Nigerian/Igbo/Biafran on earth. He said that 60% of Nigerian abroad are Igbos and went further to mention US and Europe where i have spent 20yrs of my life.

I used to live in US before we relocated back to UK few years ago and I have equally visited Republic of Ireland on several occasions. I can bet my whole life on the fact that Igbos are not up to 20% of total numbers of Yorubas in these following countries: UK, CANADA AND IRELAND. In US, story seems a little bit different cos there are more Igbos in US than what they have got in aforementioned countries. Having said this, Igbos are not up to 40% of Yorubas in US.

Go to Dublin, London and Atl etc and see how Yorubas language is being learnt by Asians and the Europeans. Even on the streets of these aforementioned countries...

Nairaland / General / Re: What Has Been The Most Embarrassing Moment Of Your Life? by GentleToks(m): 9:19am On Aug 10, 2015
Lol!!! Back in d days, i mean secondary school days, my friends usually used me to feel good about themselves in their neighbourhood by using me to sleep with d most beautiful ladies in their neighbourhoods. The moment any gorgeous babe turned their relationship advances down, being an handsome guy, my friends would invite me over to their neighbourhood to waoh these ladies and sleep with them so as to hear about these ladies' ringing tones(sexual exclamation during sex).

I did amazingly well with all these given assignments all through my teen days; I got all the babes on my list with ease. My own part of the deal was to give a well detailed feedbacks(sexual encounter) to my friends who were initially rejected by the same ladies.

However, on that fateful day, i was briefed about this new babe in the neighbourhood called Dewumi. I was given her details by my devilish friends and all what was needed to initiate my first moves. I got to this new babe house's gate, knocked and here comes a rugged looking gateman/security with a woman and a man. I wanted to take to my heels or change my story by telling the parents that i was at a wrong address but it was too. The parents threw the first question; who are you looking for? My response was quick and straight forward; Wumi Sir. I have started sweating profusely but no where to run to....

The father said ok. How did you get to know her cos she attends girls only school? I quickly picked my answer from that question by saying that my younger sister attends the same school and there i met Wumi on a visitors' day. Little did i know that nemesis was well prepared for me that very day. The father said ok, my son, let me take you to where she was with her sisters. Chaiii!!! The look on his wife face was killing me as well as her silence. I was just saying yes Sir and Ma' all through.

I got to their living room with two 99% identical ladies looking at me while walking in with their parents. The moment i saw them, I wanted to cry but couldn't. Remember that i didnt even know the Wumi in person. God, save me here today was my prayer all through. What do i do was equally going through my head? The two oldies-parents were standing behind me, expecting their daughter- Wumi and myself to exchange pleasantries and all that being her school mate's brother.

At this juncture, I told myself, you better play this game very well otherwise, the witch-mother behind you would kill you here today. All these thoughts went through my tiny brain in seconds........
.. What a bad day!

We strangely met in the store through her initiation and ended up leaving the store together. We xchanged numbers and promised to get in touch.

However, we picked a day to meet and d chosen day was spent in my house. Lest before i forget, she was way older than me though but i managed to run things with her. I took her to my bedroom where i intended to dismantle all her mountains. O boy, the moment i took her bra off and the boobs were released out....... Well....what was the alternative...

The Americans were planning a land invasion of Japan....and the estimates of potential casualties were horrifying. One estimate put US soldier deaths at 456000, and Japanese civilian deaths at 5-10million.(More info here:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Downfall#Estimated_casualties).

So...the bomb was a ''good'' alternative.(And please....I do not say that with much joy, as I hate nuclear weapons). At the end of the day...only 200000 people died.Bad....but the alternative was far worse.

Yes...elements in the Japanese govt were putting out peace fillers(including his majesty the Emperor)....but the main cabinet was still devoted to the war effort. Infact....EVEN after the two bombs were dropped the Armed Forces High Command of Japan wanted to continue fighting....and it took a direct order from the Emperor to stop them.

Then what would have been your resolve it it was America that fell as victims of Nuclear weapon?

How come these wealthy people fell as victims while stinkly poor men and women who had worked all their last 40yrs on earth at an industrial complex where air pollution is a daily bread are working around till date without any single trace of cancer symptoms? Remember, these wealthy guys are the people that move from their luxurious homes to their luxurious offices in their exotic cars.

All i am saying to you is that white or western world carried out their research out in their own planet not ours as Africans. Have you seen d numbers of children with down syndrome in UK/ US among the black community despite all these useless theories.....
The numbers are pretty alarming. I have never seen anything like that in Nigeria where nursing mothers don't have access to supposed best medical facilities.

In a nutshell, if you believe in all these white men theories, you might not go out of your house or eat any African food. These stupid people would go to their restaurants in their western world and eat a red meat not well cooked; you need to see these white guys in restaurant eating half-cooked meat with the blood in d middle but the same fools would come to Africa to tell us that well cooked red meat is not good for us.

Coming from a vagabond and slaves who make a living from bowing to worship their fulani over-lords even after getting mercilessly humiliated.

Who are the fifth class citizens of Nigeria-Yolobas.
Who are the conquered tribe of Nigeria- Yolobas.
Which tribe prides itself from being humble servants to Fulani over-lords- Yolobas.
Which tribe are well known Traitors, betrayals and Cowards- Yolobas.
Yolobas are the use and dump tribe and the perpetual Gambari slaves.

Talk about cowardice and betrayer, your Awolowo was a perfect description of these words. The old, coward AwOLEwo didn't face any war but ran to his bedroom and choked himself with rat poison the second he learnt Jakande ratted him out to IBB.

Didn't your much jagaban Bola Tinubu take to his heels during his NADECO days when the military where after his sorry ass...Do I mention General Diya, your weeping general who got on his knees to plead with a junior officer for forgiveness? What about Abiola and his wife that was killed like chickens but none of your cowardly tribe ever questioned the Murderers.

Which Igbos go to your South West states? Igbos don't go to any other South West states except Lagos cos it was developed by FG. How can you wretched people who can't feed and sustain themselves...feed Igbos? Even those Igbos in Lagos feed you Lazy T0uts.
Out of the southern region, South West is the most backward, underdeveloped and poverty ridden states.

Your dead, unproductive Osun state has now become a Charity case, where food items is hugely donated to the state to help feed the poverty stricken people in that state.
Ekiti state Governor wants to send your Lazy, Yoloba people to Onitsha and Aba to become useful to themselves. So why would Igbos go to those backward, brown roof republic without toilet facilities?

When you talk about the presidency after OBJ'S eight years of misrule, South West can't boast of any tangible thing he did for the region. So why brag about presidency while the last one you had was totally useless to your region.

You shamelessly claim Yolobas shaped Nigeria, while you lots ruined Nigeria with your incompetence and Nepotism.
Yolobas embezzled, defrauded, Liquidated and destroyed all the companies you bigots fraudulently acquired by the indigenization decree of I972? What has Yolobas ever managed successfully? Absolutely Nothing.

Yolobas are the problem with Nigeria- Sanusi

Lmao!!!!! Imagine this idiott carving Lagos state out of Yoruba Nation so as to feel cool about his miserable self and his entire tribe-Igbo.

Who is a traitor? Igbos nation defines cowardice and of course Traitor in their entirety.

Who were slaves or better still, 2nd class citizens who betrayed the entire south in 60s to form a political alliance with their masters? IGBOS.

Who are the people who were killed like rats in 60/70s but still went ahead to betray the rest of the South by forming an alliance with their slayers/masters in 70s? IGBOS.

Who are the people that gave birth to the first general/Colonel who not only led his worthless fellow Igbos to their well deserving death but took to his heels when the war came knocking on his door? IGBOS. This is nothing but the full meaning of cowardice.

Who are the people that are still being fed by the same people they hate? IGBOS. You hate Yorubas and Northerners but your worthless brothers and sisters are heading to both regions every passing seconds in their thousands. What a shame!!!

Who is d original 2nd class citizen in Nigeria? IGBOS.

Who is d people that would never, never and never be allowed to smell the presidency? IGBOS.

And finally, who has been shaping what happens in Nigeria since Independence? Yorubas.

In the U.S most convicted sex offenders are banned from varios places. They can hardly get a job, their names and faces are splattered everywhere. They can never live a normal live. This is why they kill their victims because they know that the consequences of rape is bad.

However, they still get caught and justice is served in most cases.

The sexual assault cases in Nigeria are worse than U.S. The only reason why you think otherwise, is because the u.s media highly publicizes the crimes. In Nigeria, there are thousands of rapists walking the street and living a normal life. Some people even brag about it.

We even have some video proof of sexual assault cases in Nigeria. Yet Nothing is done.

This is the problem. You and I have to so something. Let us make noise and let people know there will be strict and enforced punishments for rape.

It does not seem like a big deal to you because you have never experienced it.

If your 2-year old son is raped , come back and tell me that Life in prison is not necessary and then I will believe you.

Addressing the last paragraph of your submission, you seemed to have completely misconstrued the content or theme of my write up. What i mean is that we should do something different from what US is doing in term of justice cos US govt has failed in addressing the same situation.

Realistically and going by what i have seen in Nigeria and US personally, crimes in US is completely off the roof compare to Nigeria. The rate at which people are raped and killed on daily basis in US is unheard of; even grandma are not spared in US.

I am not denying the fact there are many rape cases in Nigeria but the good thing about it in Nigeria is that the victims are spared to live cos the culprit probably knows that he would not get caught However, I don't pray for this to happen to my 5 yrs old daughter but it's better to have a living daughter than to have a dead daughter; her dreams in life is gone forever. The parents of those victims in US would have preferred to have their children alive instead of their dead bodies if you ask them.

In conclusion, America govt has listed the names of sex offenders on their national data and sent thousands of these convicted US citizens to US prisons over the cases of rape but the question is this, has the situation change in US? no my brother. And that is why i suggested that whoever is caught and convicted in Nigeria should be castrated instead of this prison journey....
Crime / Re: How Do We Effectively Curb Sexual Offences In Nigeria? by GentleToks(m): 2:03am On Aug 02, 2015
How has this law or years imprisonment helped both victims and the culprits in US where sex offenders are sent to freaking years behind bar and the rest of western world? This is the question you need to ask yourself before adopting every stupid idea from the West. Ironically, the tougher the sentence in US/ Western world, the quicker the victims are killed so as to avoid justice.

The sex rape cases in US is 100% worst than what is happening in Nigeria. In US, the culprits or animals who indulge in this barbaric act usually killed their victims so as to avoid being apprehended.

The best way to approach this issue is to educate people through all available media platform and let the populace know what the victims usually go through after this rape ordeal.

And finally, any convicted sex offender should be castrated so as to sound as a deterent to others who are still nursing this barbaric plan...

Dude, from the emboldened part of your writeup, I am left with the conclusion that you are a rape apologist and rape proponent or even an "inadvertent" rapist yourself. That you reach the assumption that a woman's "No No No" is undoubtedly a result of shyness is problematic. The best way to not be an inadvertent rapist is to be clear and sure that the woman really wants to have sex with you.

If a woman keeps saying "No No No", it is safe to assume that she doesn't want to have sex with you, unless you are very sure that she means the opposite which to me doesn't make sense. I understand that some Nigerian women may say "No No No" when they don't mean it, it is your duty to educate them that you will not proceed and you will leave whenever they say this -- this will help both of you to be on the same page in the future. So please next time a woman says "No No No", you should assume that she means it or at least tell her your interpretation of what she just said! It is all about communication. This costs you nothing, but it saves a woman from the indignity of being forced into what she didn't agree to do (even if you don't call it rape).

It is shameful that you automatically dismiss Timaya's accuser's assertions just because she is a woman. Now I don't know if she is telling the truth, but I won't dismiss her claims as you just did. Please reformat your brain. How would you feel if your sister was forced into sex without her full consent?!!!

Btw, I am a guy.

I laughed at your ignorance and the fact that you a programmed robot who have been changed and influenced by d stupid culture of western world; you have chosen to embrace this culture out of your stupidity and total disregards for your immediate environment. However, i am not surprised at your response as a typical black or Africa slave.

I ll ignore your insult for now and deal with your submission instead. I ll implore you to get a book titled "Our ways are not your ways" and read sedulously.

Honestly, you sound like one of those Africans who has been screwed up by western influence just like their Dogs and their citizens by extension.

I have lived in US/UK where all these stupid and programmed ways of life are embraced and promoted among their frustrated citizens which has killed loads of their citizens through depression and suicide. Interestingly, this chosen way of life was debated by few old conservatives, republican and labour politicians and forced on their citizens which has made life in western world so boring and worthless. Take a look at this list below:

-No No from your wife or girlfriend means literal No and you have to be sure if she really wants or not.

-Don't touch a lady cos that is a sexual assault

- Don't look at a lady too much cos that is an assault

-Don't compliment a child beauty cos you could be seen a paedophile

-Don't do this and that; the list is endless

I have dated and made love with my ex white girlfriends who had practically said No No to my sexual advance on different occasions without resulting to rape accusation and of course this your stupid and programmed way of life.

My ex girlfriends have equally done the same to me when i claimed I was tired after work and i didn't go to Police station to report a rape case against these my ex girlfriends. Do you know why? No ulterior motives from the beginning of the relationship. Our relationships were all about our feelings not ulterior motives.

There are times that i came back from work, worn out and tired but only for my girlfriend to ask for sex cos she wanted it at that point in time. What do you want her to do? Go around and start to Bleep every dude on the streets? No way. In a good relationship, your lady/boyfriend would sometimes climb on top of you and have their ways without resulting to rape accusation. Interestingly, few mins/hours later, we ll all be laughing and having conversation over the whole thing. I have been in this scenario on several occasions with white girls and Nigerian ladies without any issues here in UK and of course US. This is what relationship is all about.

It's not all this robot way of life; giving advance notice to your wife/ husband before having sex with him or her before making love, Jeez, what a boring marriage!!! begging your partner as if your life depend on it before having sex. These are the reason western marriages collapses before you say Jack Robinson.

Finally, it's obvious to the blind that the lady in question has an ulterior motive right from the beginning; filming Timaya while being raped as alleged is a pointer to the fact that the lady is a devil incarnate. At that point in time, a raped victim would/should be traumatised and not picking up a phone and start filming the accused person unless this lady has been a serial victim of rape. She is lucky that i am not one of the police officers in charge of this case......

However, let me seize this opportunity to say that there are times a girlfriend or wife would tell you that she does not want sex with all seriousness and this juncture, you have got no reason to force your way on her cos that is a rape; nothing but a rape that would send you to where you belong as an animal.

Rape is when you forced someone not when you jokingly played her into accepting your sexual advances.

Shalom.

The way this Shella b sef take get crush on this rape matter sef!! Shey na dream come true for her ni cos I no fit understand why you go wan bring another persin down by FORCE angry

She has successfully brought Timaya down already as far as US is concerned. Timaya should stay away from anything US cos the authority would bang him up while the trial and the rest of d rape procedure goes on; we are talking about years here.

The best Timaya could do is to get a sound lawyer to fight the case of on his behalf if that is allowed in US. And the cost of this alone might send Timaya back to poverty circle.

It's quite sad that this lady has destroyed this guy music career in US and it is obvious that it wasn't a rape.

What happened btw Timaya and this lady was the usual No No No response that usually accompanied a shy lady or first timer girlfriends' response to a sexual advance from their boyfriends/husbands even housewives do say No No No to sex sometimes while the husband keep trying his luck. In Nigeria, it's a natural norm. Sometimes, a girlfriend's No to a sexual advance does not always mean No and that was Timaya thought in this instance but unknown to him that this lady has another plan for him. This was what Timaya did and this lady capitalised on it......
