Hello all,

I've got some problems with my diet and wondering if anyone could help me with it.

I find it difficult to choose what to eat hence making my diet unbalance. Would appreciate if anyone in the house can help with something like a food (time) table like what to eat in the morning, afternoon and evening.

Am a yoruba man residing in yoruba land (Ibadan) so pls let your suggestions be made of what is obtainable in this area.

This partly depends on where you wife is residing. If she's living in places like Maiduguri, Kano or Ibadan then you are one of the people spoiling the Nigerian women. If however she's living in place like Port Harcourt or Abuja (real Abuja) then maybe you need to add up.

It also depends on how much you make as a man and the standard of living you expect her to keep. No money is too small or too much, it all depends on your own standard in a country like Nigeria.

Maybe the question should have been why are people always jealous of one's success and then the answer would have been 'because it is in the human nature to be jealous. However we have a positive and negative jealousy.

This accent thing can cause wahala sometimes o. i remembered one scene in a so called boutique in Benin on 29th Dec. The lady came in greeted, walked around and priced one top. The guy selling (my friend) called a price and the lady was like for 'wetin now' and continued in pigin that is it because of xmas or what and stated the normal price range.
